White Horse Level 2 Survey
We booked a survey with White Horse, within the same day they liaised with the estate agency. I didn't need any involvement there after and everything was taken out of my hands which is perfect with my busy work life. The survey was booked within a few days of paying too.
Roisin McGrath attended the address and explained everything in layman terms to me, Roisin was absolutely brilliant to talk to over the phone, and loved that she explained everything to me even though it will all be in the written report. Roisin didn't only just explain the issues, but gave some insight how to address them and what to do next. Would highly recommend this company, but Roisin is a star x

Level 2 house survey and the surveyir
The surveyor arrived on time on the arrangement the date of the appointment. The report arrived in good time and it was concise but clear. Prior to the date the admin staff were brilliant from initial contact. Explaining things when I raised queries and kept in touch all the way through the process.

Surveyor was very helpful and explained everything
As there was no access to the back we needed to be able to be on site to arrange access as the agent had keys that would have not been any use. Fiona was very helpful giving us a time she would be there and also explained in detail how the survey works.

Remarkably thorough for a Level 2…
Remarkably thorough for a Level 2 Housebuyer’s Report. After previous experiences with surveyors my expectations were pretty low, but I actually got an excellent well-presented and detailed survey. The surveyor was experienced and knowledgeable, so all-round, a service that couldn’t be faulted!
