Great service with no hassle
Survey was arranged quickly and with no hassle. Website and booking system easy to use. Once it was done, the surveyor called me straight away to explain everything which was really helpful. They were reassuring and seemed very knowledgeable. Report was received that day and was full of detail. Overall, great service - would recommend!

Report good but took a while
Report was good however, I kept having to chase the report from the surveyor . Found the surveyor unprofessional texting me saying it’s ready and promised to get it over to me on a certain date but never did. I had to call numerous of times to complain.

We can see that it took nine days from the appointment for this report to be completed which is over our normal timeline, and we will be investigating this with the booking team, surveyor and surveyor management.

Good Report on College Road
Very pleased with the report that the surveyor gave on the College Road property. The gentleman rang me to advise the survey had been done and his report would be with me soon. The report gave me a good overview of the work to be carried out to the property other than what I already knew needed to be done. I have since withdrawn my offer on the property.

Incompetent and lazy, do not use!
White Horse Surveyors down valued our property by 35% of its overall (correct) value. This was down to laziness. They clearly knew nothing about the area of our property and the housing market in our city. He didn't do his research, didn't ask me when we bought it, how much for etc., like surveyors would normally, spent a total of 5 minutes in the house and only took one picture. Wouldn't share the report with us. THEN he peed in my toilet and didn't flush it! Disgusting.
Looking at google reviews, it looks like they do this regularly. Their incompetence led to the collapse of a chain, with five household's lives now impacted due to Peter Brears' incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My survey ref 141327
My survey ref: 141327 was carried out on the 20th of September 2023. I like the service provided. The report was very detailed and was made clear to my understanding. Lots of sign posting and indications of what to in terms of things needed to do. I happened to meet the surveyor and he was very friendly and approachable. The report reached me quickly than I thought. I am very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend white Horse survey and would like to use them in the future.
