Whiskyauction Recenzje 7

Seit einem halben Jahr ersteigere ich monatlich wiederkehrend Sammlerflaschen über whiskyauction. Die Bedenken und Ausführungen meiner Vorschreiber kann ich nicht teilen. Die Webseite ist vielleicht stark in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal überarbeitet werden. Service, Käufergebühr, Versand- und Verpackungskosten finde ich aber ausreichend transparent und voll in Ordnung. Die ersteigerten Artikel waren bei mir alle super verpackt, sodass die Tubes/Umverpackungen nicht verbeult oder beschädigt wurden. Der Artikelzustand war immer wie beschrieben. Einmal habe ich erlebt, dass die Auktion um 24h verlängert wurde weil die Server zusammengebrochen waren. Das ist ärgerlich aber m. E. angemessen, die Erlöse für die Verkäufer müssen wegen technischer Probleme ja nicht weit unter Durchschnittspreis generiert werden, Preistreiberei konnte ich hierbei nicht feststellen. Insgesamt für mich aktuell die beste Auktionsplattform.

"Sorry for the server problems." No, Thomas Kruger, that is not the real problem. Those things can happen, things can go wrong, people can make mistakes. What IS the real problem, is how you react to this. Or better, how you didn't, the moment you should've. Again!

If an error occurs, you should cancel/pause the auction, first solve the (server) problem and then go on. No, you just go ahead, let the auction continue, WHILE you're having problems.

And then, at the end of the auction time, you extend the auction with another day! So in the end people still loose bottles they thought they'd won/bought. Some people won't be able to check today, because they have other fish to fry. Other people who missed it yesterday now suddenly can bid on these bottles others should have gotten. And all these extra bids because of extending the auction for another day mean more money for you, because you charge 10% of the hammer price.

So while - as you call us - your 'valued customers' pay more because of your mistakes, you make more money out of it. What an incentive! Next to that we have to pay relatively more for shipping costs (if I loose a bottle because of the extented auction time, something that just happened, then the shipping costs per bottle go up for me). We pay for YOUR mistakes, you just make more money, say "sorry" in a mail, then go on and make the same mistakes again.

And if your valued customers complain about this, the only reaction they get is a lack of empathy and an overload of arrogance. Every time again!

This wasn't the first time you(r server) messed up. This wasn't the first time you were told to stop the auction as soon as there is a problem. So you know what problems this causes for us, still you continue making these mistakes, damaging your customers.

To you we're not valued customers, we're just value. We can be happy you're not a pilot. You'd still try to take off in a plane with serious problems.

Die Bedingungen sind intransparent und eigentlich inakzeptabel!
Die für Interessenten und Bieter relevanten Informationen sind gut versteckt. Es gibt keine AGB-Seite, welche in der Kopf- oder Fußzeile verlinkt ist. Stattdessen finden sich die Versandkosten auf einer FAQ-Seite und die AGB auf einer Unterseite des Menüs Kaufen. Diese AGB's besagen (Stand 16. Juni 2024), dass der Auktionator für nichts haftet, auch nicht für Beschädigungen und Leckagen an den von ihm versendeten Paketen/Flaschen! Ein Totalverlust eines versendeten Paketes wird frühestens 6 Monate nach Versand erstattet!

Exceptionally bad experience with Whiskyauction.com !! Parcel was left ungarded behind at my frontdoor and vanished !! Mr Kruger adviced me not to buy anymore at his auction as this can happen again ? Leaving your customers out there hanging out to dry and not taking responsability is unacceptable and extremely bad businesslike !!! DHL is an really bad carrier here as they said the parcel was delivered dispite the signature differences and i wasnt even at home when they delivered the parcel.A few months earlier I got a bottle leaking and notify them by email but they never responded !!

Achtung! Diese Anbieter treiben künstlich die Ersteigerungspreise in die Höhe in dem sie die Auktion kurz vorher nochmals um 24h verlängern. Absolute Betrugsmasche!

Ich habe bislang 4 Artikel ersteigern können. Der Zustand der Flaschen war wie erwartet. Bei der Verpackung wurde sehr sorgfältig gepolstert. Insgesamt eine Reibungslose Abwicklung.

servizio clienti scadentissimo. Dopo aver venduto diversi articoli e aver ben monetizzato ,da quando ce stata la Brexit le cose sono andate sempre peggiorando. Non credo purtroppo che utilizzero nuovamnete Whiskyauction per vendere le mie bottiglie!
