Whiskey River Trading Co. Recenzje

Good product with great service. Really like the handle ordered for my ax. Would like more customer support with any tips, tricks etc for installing. This is what you guys do all the time but a once every 3-5 years thing for me and most of the public I would think. Will buy from this site again, good people!

So I noticed my brand new Flying Fox that I had kept stored (unused) developed quite the warp in the handle. So I reached out to Brandon about getting a new haft. A short order later and I had a replacement factory handle and a longer straight one coming to me. Now my problem is deciding which to put on the FF head because both handles are so nice!

Shipping was fast and the handles looked great. There was an item missing from the order and they were super fast to make it right. Great people, and very nice products. I will definitely be buying from them again!

Was notified via email that it was back in stock. I ordered it and received the beautiful handle in a few days. Awesome service and I can't wait to get it hung!!

I was disappointed with how the eye is shaped on the single bit axe handles. The eye is shaped the same way double bit eyes are.. with the widest point in the middle and tapering off on either side. But for single bit eyes they should have more of a snow cone shaped and taper towards the front. When I tried hanging a single bit on the handle I ended up with two small gaps in the back part of the eye. Had to drive a step wedge in to help spread the wood and close the gap.

Good prices, wide variety. Fast shipping. Good customer service. I don't know what else you could ask want.

Awesomeness

They were prompt, and the hand written note on the receipt in the package was a nice personal touch

Very high quality hickory hafts that are hard to find these days. Many styles and lengths to choose from. Pricing is reasonable and the shipping was fast. I will be back!

I regularly order handles and wedges - am always impressed and thankful for the craftsmanship, quality, communication, service, and fast delivery - am a loyal customer!

Order process was easy with description of product well detailed. I am pleased with the entire process. Handle I ordered was a grade B and could not see any flaws that would warrant a grade below Premium. Fine product.

Best wedges EVER!!!
No seriously. Most wedges that come with handles aren’t big enough. For the axe heads I rehang, I’ve been looking for wedges that I can reshape and fit exactly to the tool and handle. These are the ones. THE bonus is I can order different woods to make the new handle contrast with the wedge. I haven’t ordered handles yet, but I will for my next project axe.

I make many online purchases ,like others, and can honestly say other vendors can take a lesson from your customer service ,by far some of the more pleasant transactions I have made in the past several months.
Thank you,
DZ

I asked WR to notify me when they got axe 24" handles back in stock. After several months they did just that. The handles are excellent.

Initially received the wrong order, but Brandon corrected it without issue. Will definitely go to again for my axe handle needs.

Great handles and wedges shipped quickly. Thanks Whiskey River!

Best products and customer services of any company I have dealt with. Brandon is the man.

The assortment of handles I had ordered, most of them A grade, look great. Even the B grade looks good too. Delivered on time also.

What a great handle. I was really happy to receive my handle without any finish. They said premium select "A" and here it is. Got the Canary wedge for a little dressing. Looks top notch with a 100 year old Kelly double bit. Worth the wait for stock. Thanks Matt and crew!

Excellent quality as always and great service.
