Handle broke in 2 weeks!
Handle it replaced was 10+ years old. I contacted customer service and their response was no warranty. Did not ask to see photo of handle or for me to send it back. This shows a lack of concern for what they are selling. I suggest buying handles in person so you can see the quality of the grain. I’m out $27.

Whiskey River Trading Co. provide great follow up customer service, checking back with their customers to insure satisfaction. I was very pleased with their follow up communications letting me know when my order shipped and provided tracking as soon as it did. Their service is prompt and my orders usually arrive a day early. Their products are made of quality materials and item descriptions are accurate. It a real pleasure knowing I can buy with confidence from the Whiskey River Trading Co. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Product quality > Excellent
Product quality > Excellent! Fast shipping, no taxes or shipping charged > Excellent! Although would love it if you guys could hire someone to answer phone calls. Mildly disappointed, that my brand new COUNCIL TOOL CAMP CARVER - BUSHCRAFT HATCHET 22" STRAIGHT HANDLE, only has a 21" handle on it. Eventually would like to put a 23" - 25" handle on this already 'Sick Beast' of a bushcraft hatchet to turn it into a 'True Monster' of an all-purpose, do-everything-well, survival-bushcraft, medium forest axe.🪓 Thank you so much Whiskey River Trading Company! 🙏

I ordered a handle for a cruiser along with some walnut wedges. I was surprised on how quickly they arrived. Also, the B grade handle was out of stock so they upgraded to an A grade handle at no additional cost. Marc Terry.
