WHEYD  Recenzje

Order not received and no response from the company

I placed an order on 9th October and it still hasn't arrived. I've had no dispatch or tracking information. I've emailed twice and messaged them on Instagram and Facebook, and had no reply at all. I was also signed up to a subscription before my first order had even arrived, so I've had to cancel it myself. I've now had to go through my bank to get my money back. Really disappointing, especially when the reviews are so positive. I'd hold off ordering until they're responding to customers again.

I’m lactose intolerant, but unfortunately, even with this being lactose free it caused my stomach to be in a lot of pain as well as floating and dizziness. A bit disappointed as I was really looking forward to finding a protein powder that I could enjoy after looking for many years for something unfortunately it doesn’t work for everyone.

Simply the best protein powder
Not gritty, no after taste mixes well even in greek yoghurt

Best protein on the market!

I have been using it on/ off for years. Always come back to this one as other are not reliable in terms of taste/ mixibility and side effects such as bloating.
The sachets are great for not having to measure while knowing exact amount. Easy to transport/ keep in a bag. Highly recommend

Placed an order on Tuesday (today is Saturday) and paid for express shipping (24hrs). Received no tracking 3 days later and contacted via email but no response. I now need to cancel the order as my client was only temporarily at the address I wanted these sent.

Still no response from this company.

I placed an order and chose a specific delivery deadline which was not delivered within that timeframe. I was refunded the delivery fee but now have to wait 4 months until I can actually try the product as it wasn’t delivered in time. Very disappointing! I also now had to find another product to use in the meantime while travelling. Very inconvenient and waste of money.

all ok generally except to measuring spoon was missing

I love the vanilla protein powder. It is kind to my stomach and tastes wonderful. I received my package within a couple of days of ordering and will definitely order again.

Great product, reliable delivery! Will be ordering again

This was my first time ordering from WHEYD. I was so pleased to find a lactose free protein powder, and especially one that comes in smaller sizes for ease of use and for trialling flavours. Super fast delivery - highly recommend.

Service and delivery were good but I did not really like the product - tasted too artificial.

The unflavoured RAW really is a great product and the customer service is wonderful! Thank you Whey’d team.

Tastes nice and I had no issues with bloating either, so will buy again

Good but ran out of my product twice which led to delays

Lovely taste
Easy to mix
Really like the packs on the go
No stomach issues
Quick service

Best/cleanest protein and creatine I've found. Delighted.

Excellent customer service and responsiveness. Will use again and recommend.

I’m gluten and dairy intolerant and have been struggling to find the perfect protein. I have tried vegan protein but the protein content isn’t as high as whey, until I found WHEYD. WHEYD is gentle on the stomach, already tasty mixed with water and it’s become my staple after gym workout!

Great brand, great taste

Long term customer of the vegan chocolate protein powder.
Yummie and helpful!
