Great taste a (little sweet) but still nice no added sugar or sweetness, sweet from the dried berry’s so make it with less dried tea and it’s perfect

Hi, I have rated at 4, as the general service and quality of the products seem quite good & would recommend to others.Especially the nutricalm, as I feel it's benefits a few days after starting it. However, I think the score is more like 3.5, as there are no instructions regarding the best time of day to take certain supplements, e g. The 5HTP & the Valerian, hops, Passionflower supplement, i.e. how much before bedtime should the latter be taken? And should 5HTP be taken in the morning or latter in the day? As it also contains Ltryptophan, which helps with sleep. As not everyone has a personal nutritionist at hand! And taking supplements at wrong time of day can be a problem, especially those with multiple ingredients! Thanks for listening!
