If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!
The shoes I receive feel like rubber instead of leather! they are too big and wide and do not resemble the photos on their website. When I contacted the business requesting a return authorization number, I was told the shoes will need to be returned to CHINA for a full refund, even though they were shipped to me from Coppell, Texas. After I requested a refund, they required PHOTOS of the shoes, including proof of the size since I could not be trusted to infer that the size and width of the shoes they sent me does not match the size I ordered. Their recommendation is that I take a 30% refund and KEEP the shoes since returning them to CHINA is not worth the expense. If I am telling them that they do not fit, how can this be a good compromise? This offer is from their own customer service department. This company is a total SCAM, do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the shoes is not as described on their website. The shoes are a TOTAL misrepresentation of their sub-par product. This whole experience was a waste of time and money. I cannot, in good faith even donate them. DO NOT BUY from these folks.

I ordered UK size 4.5 but received EU size 36 — completely the wrong size. The company refused to cover the return shipping costs and would not provide a full refund, despite the error being theirs. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this brand. 👎🏻👎🏻

Very disappointing experience with Westrows.

I ordered trainers in a UK size 6.5 but received a size 5. When I contacted them, I was told a replacement could be arranged but with an additional fee, even though the mistake was theirs.

My second order, a two-piece outfit, was also disappointing. The bottoms were the wrong size, the material felt very cheap and synthetic, and there was no fabric composition label.

For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality, accurate sizing and customer service. I have requested a full refund and would not recommend Westrows based on my experience.

Bad bad company

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. They don’t even deserve the one star I ordered a size 11, but what I received was nowhere close to the correct size. The shoes appeared to be around a size 7 and possibly small enough to fit a child.

When I contacted customer service, the experience was just as disappointing. Instead of simply resolving the issue, they argued about providing a full refund. To make matters worse, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping cost to China for an item that was not even the size I ordered. Also they offer no full refund they use percentage like 10% or 20%

I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Poor product, incorrect sizing, terrible customer service, and an unreasonable return process. I would never order from them again.

If there was a zero, that’s what I would give this company. After a lengthy wait, I received a pair of shoes that was at least a full-size smaller than it should’ve been. When I requested a refund, there was three weeks of backing and forthing with emails and offers of partial refunds, coupons for my next purchase, etc. If I wanted to return them, I finally got a shipping address of warehouse in China. The website says 100% money back guarantee but I could never get them to give my money back. I finally accepted 40% back and called it a lesson to never ever, shop with this company again. It is a pure and simple scam and I’m pretty sure that AI wrote the email every time.

I ordered shoes that arrived within 30 days but were too small. When I requested a return, they offered me 10% back and I could keep the shoes. I said no I wanted to return them so then they offered me 20% back and a discount on my next order. When I again said no they offered me 30% back and a 50% discount on my next purchase. They wore me down.... I couldn't waste more time. I'll donate everything to a charity but I'll never buy from them again. They are a scam.

30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied is a lie. This store needs to be closed down for stealing peoples money.

I ordered a suit in size 42 L which would normally have 36 waist pants. I received a jacket that is no larger than a 38 R if not a boy’s size with 31 waist pants. In addition, the stitching on the jacket sleeves is a bit sloppy. There is no customer service phone number to call, only email support. Emails on the day I received as well as 10 days later have had no reply. And a dispute report through Venmo has had no result as well. Please beware if you decide to buy from Westrows.

You cant get your money back on things that don't fit- you have to fight for them to even answer them-NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!

This company appears to be a scam. The product was nothing like the picture/description, the fabric was garbage, it took forever to arrive. When I tried to return it, they kept offering my 10%, then 20% (so far) to keep the item. I have been very clear I want to return it for a full refund. It may be a bot responding to me.

The product is terrible. Doesn’t look like the advertised picture.
And I cannot even return it as fast as they took the order.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with an online merchant. I ordered a coat that they promoted online only to receive something completely different. When I reached out to them about the issue, they simply said our record show that we showed you the right thing. But when I send pictures of what they actually showed and what I received, they refused to give me a full refund. They even tried to bully me to send it back to China. That is fishy. The lack of consideration, bad customer service is ridiculous. I wouldn’t even give these people one star. I would give them 0.25 stars. Do not order from them!!! This is a SCAM.

This merchant is a SCAM ARTIST! They dectribe and depict items that look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE what you purchased. That damn Audrey coat is the ultimate scam!!! This garment does not come anywhere near being called a "COAT". It is mad of flannel and is no heavier that a pair of flannel pajamas. I live in Michigan and would not be able to wear this outside on our warmest spring day...let alone our harsh winters. They would not send a return label citing that it would cost more than $50 and that I would have to eat! May they ALL BURN IN HELL!

Hear this, when you buy from this so-called company you will be throwing away your good earned money. They advertise on FB , i saw a coat wheich they claimed to be a coat. i really dont know what to call it. after a long wait for my order it arrived late shipped from Jamaica NY. when it arrived i immediately knew that i was scamed. i email them asking for return label, first they entrieted me to a 10% refund, mind you i paid $76.95 for the piece of ?? i said no i want to return it, they said that it is costly to return because it is international, this time they gave 20% and to keep the piece of you know what, said to donate to charity. all i got back was $15.00 from my $ 76.95. and i have to wat up to 10 days for the $15. I believe that they are scammers , hiding behind the fact that the stuff came from out of the country could be China who knows. I would not use this piece of you know what to wipe the floor. Do not order from them they are thieves. The coat they show is a green tartan looking piece of you know what.scammers and they only reply to emails in the wee hours of the morning.dead of night, no phone number is listed. No where on their wesite do they say where they are , no description of the fabric or anything identifying themselves. no way to print off a return label that is a big red flag. I gave them a 1 star because that was the least star available. You have been warned do not buy from them. I ordered accouring to my size it did not clear my chest let alone being able to button up. Big time scammers. i threw the stuff in the trash, how do they sleep at night. Back to Amazon at least theyhave some integrity

I ordered the Audrey Plated coat and it took an entire month to arrive. When it finally came, the quality was extremely poor and nothing like the photos on the website. I reached out for a refund and was only offered about 10%, roughly $7.99 — which felt insulting given how misleading the product was. Afterward, I looked up more reviews and realized many others had the same experience. This company seems very untrustworthy and could easily be a scam. I don’t recommend buying from them.

The coat I ordered arrived quickly but its not at all what I expected. It's also too small. Very small and I am usually a small. Lastly, their website is down until 2/26/26. No customer support to contact. Very disappointed.

I was very surprised that they have a 2 star rating on Trustpilot...on their website they show thousands of reviews with a 4 plus star rating but I just noticed that it is not an actual link...very shady. The clothes run VERY SMALL. The coat I purchased on the model looks tailored. In reality very flimsy - there is no way that collar stands up as cute as it did in the photo. Shipping is very slow!

Terrible customer service. The item I purchased did not fit but they offer only a 20% refund. No return or other option. I will not order from here again!
