Recommended supplier *****

2nd time of ordering from Westfield Fasteners so set up an account. As a personal customer with small orders they have been fantastic, easy website to navigate and very prompt delivery both times.

Items ordered delivered as required quickly via Royal Mail. Excellent

Great quality parts, delivered in double quick time. Reasonable priced as well. Overall great service, I’ll make Westfield Fasteners my first stop from now on.

Great products and a very easy to use online website.

A great website with plenty of information, especially for the less engineering inclined amongst us. A delight to use and a slick delivery.

I ordered 3 different items from Westfield Fasteners for a job I was doing for a paying customer. I chose Westfield because of stock availability for all 3 items I required.
Royal Mail delivered the package about a week after ordering, unfortunately on a Saturday afternoon, when I couldn't contact Westfield.
I had ordered very specific sizes and quantities of all 3 items but it would appear that counting and measuring are not what Westfield do best. To complete the job I had required 12 screws 35mm long. What turned up was 10 screws of varying length. The nuts and washers were obviously not counted, just a "handful" put in a plastic bag.
I emailed the company and a few days later they asked me to send photos of the screws that were missing and the various sizes they sent. I have no intention of taking apart a job for a customer so they can correct their mistake. My mistake was thinking they're a good company

Really pleased with your prices and service.
From ordering to delivery, it only took two days.

For my hobby I have occasional need for a small quantity of one off specific sized bolts, nuts and fastenings. For years Westfield have been my only choice and have always delivered promptly, small quantity, quality product at very fair price. I couldn’t get a better service.

Westfield provide a wide range of screws to suit the details that required a small number very uncommon size screws.

I have been able to order 6 of each size screws rather than a box of 100 that I would not use again. It is the second time I have used them.

I placed a small order with a very helpful &pleasant member of staff which arrived the next day.Very straight forward and would definitely recommend Westfield fastners.

Will definitely buy from again because:
1. Extensive stock list.
2. Product exactly as described.
3. Almost instant confirmation in stock.
4. Delivered next day as requested.
I'm happy to pay a little more to get exactly what I ordered promptly.

I ordered 100 m5 X 250mm screws on a Tuesday hey were delivered on the Thursday's morning post. Excellent service at the right price. I had been trying to locate these size screws for the last week. I would definitely use Westfield Fasteners again

Online order was effective and excellent layout for products available. Items were dispatched and received within 24 hours. Thank You.

Easy to use website; easy to understand website 👍 Great technical description. Very good prices.

Great company to buy from. Great products at good prices. A really good selection of fasteners to choose from. Really excellent communication and items are dispatched and delivered quickly. Overall a great experience

Great communication
Great products
Great price
Great service
In other words….just great!

Excellent easy site to navigate and order, with every item I required including exact lengths, which is amazing, as normal with other suppliers you have to compromise.
The delivery was extremely rapid too, well packed in individual sealed bags and labeled accordingly, with an invoice and inventory of the full order.
Second to none products and service, I cannot fault my first experience in ordering and receiving exactly what I wanted.
Thank You*****

Even though a very small transaction it was managed
