Cumplo con todos los requisitos para hacer mi retiro de dinero pero me bloquearon el acceso a la plartaforma, por expresar lo mal que estan gestionando a sus usuarios y en mi caso bloqueado y sin poder hacer mi retiro, NO USEN ESTA EMPRESA NO PAGA, BLOQUEA Y SE QUEDAN CON TU DINERO.

I was considering purchasing a 100K…
I was considering purchasing a 100K account from WeMaster Trade, but my experience with customer support has raised serious concerns.
I had a simple pre-sales question regarding the difference between the Instant 510 Zero account and the Instant Customise account, and which one would be more suitable for my trading needs. I contacted customer support and waited more than 7 hours for a response. During that time, I followed up multiple times, but received no reply at all.
As a potential customer ready to purchase an account, I expected at least a basic response to my query. If customer support is unable to answer a simple sales question before purchase, it makes me wonder how technical issues, payout concerns, or account-related problems would be handled after becoming a customer.
I am still interested in the firm, but the lack of communication from the support team has made me hesitant to proceed with the purchase. I hope the company improves its customer service and response times.
