I ordered the wrong snowboard bindings. Despite;

1) this being my fault,
2) not realising my mistake for a month, (when I went to try to fit them to my board),
3) and having already disposed of the box.

Welovemountains still agreed to refund my money. Name me another company that would do that.

Cant recommend them enough.

I searched every where for these Mammut boots because I know how comfortable they are but then I stupidly ordered the wrong size. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They sent the correct size within a few days and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you.

I recently ordered a particular RH gear shifter but received a LH shifter. The paperwork and packaging were for the correct item and so the error was probably beyond WLM's control.I contacted by telephone and the correct shifter was dispatched by first-class post the same day and my account was credited (including my postage costs) on the day they received my return. It's often not the mistake but how a business deals with it which is important and in this case WLM staff were excellent, polite, effecient and prompt. I'm very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I saw the ad, convinced my wife I needed another bike, pushed the button and wayhay the bike was on its way,phoned them up to see if they could hold it back as I was away on the delivery date, no problems, very chuffed... wife not so chuffed.

I bought some Five Ten Karver II mountain biking shoes for my wife for Christmas and WeLoveMountains.com had these shoes in stock at more than 25% cheaper than anywhere else. "Why pay more?" doesn't always equal great service but in this case it did - The shoes were dispatched very quickly (next working day) and arrived a day later. The communication during the order and delivery process was excellent too. I'd highly recommend WeLoveMountains.com and I'll surely use them again.

They answer my emails very promptly but I felt that some more work can be done to ensure customer's satisfaction and assurance when purchase oversea or greater Europe.

I had been desperately looking for a Lapierre 314L when I called We Love Mountains. They were extremely helpful and offered me an amazing deal on a Mondraker Foxy RR that would suit me perfectly as I am very short and the Lapierre was unavailable. I was then passed to Sarah who talked me through the transaction and was extremely helpful.
The bike arrived the next day and I loved it. The only problem was I had forgotten that I needed a girls saddle and it was a mens bike. I called and spoke to Will who phoned me back later on at 9pm (I didn't know any shop worked that late) and promised Sarah would call me in the morning. I spoke to Sarah in the morning and she ordered me a new saddle ASAP and even arranged so that I could have it for Friday when I took my new bike out.
It has been a very long time since I have found a retailer and their staff this helpful.
