There is a warm atmosphere when your enter the shop and if your unsure about anything the staff seem eager to help.
The prices are very competitive compared to other stores.
Aswell as a massive selection of bike, ski and climbing items there is a climbing wall and a skate park which is pretty cool!

i had trouble finding a part for my bike and we love mountains were the only company that would help and got me the part plenty of time for my race , with there great service i ended up buying my new downhill bike from here , even got a tour of the place while i was visiting the store , very polite and helpful ,

This would have been 5 stars because everything went perfectly but one thing. The application for submitting payment information timed out well into me filling it out which meant I had to start from scratch. Its a minor issue but that's why I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars.

From my initial enquiry to the delivery of my item, they were perfect. Polite, helpful and competitively priced. Delivery was next day. FAULTLESS! Can't wait to shop with them again. EXCELLENT!

The products were flawless and dispatched quickly.

Delivery was arranged through TNT with no other options. The first delivery attempt came quickly, but as TNT only deliver during office hours and don't give an indication of the time they might show up, we were never home when they came. In the end I had to go pick up the rather bulky item from an out-of-town industrial estate. I would have preferred a Royal Mail delivery, who have a more local depot.

Ordered a mech hanger thingamebob for my Lapierre Zesty from these guys and it arrived pretty much next day. There's was the only site I could see that offered the part in gold (colour) - I do like a bit of bling(!) and it was reasonably priced, well, compared to other sites, a lot of money for a bit of machined aluminium though... I thought. Great communications from the guys once I'd placed the order and I'm sure if I'd had any issues, which I didn't, then I'd have found them to be very responsive. All in all what's not to love about WeLoveMountains?... Nothing!

Did a Google search for a bicycle water bottle carrier and up came the 'We Love Mountains' web site. I did the usual surfing and found a lovely Carbon effect carrier.

Easily ordered, delivered promptly and well packaged. It is now fitted to a bike. The only problem being it is now fitted to my girlfriend's bike.

She saw it and wanted it on hers.

Really good service and turnaround, all done within a week.
But the goggles I bought had fine scratches on the front/middle of the lens where they'd been rubbing on the front of the box the were in.
