I have been with Well-Oiled Operations for just about six months now, and it has been a GAME CHANGER! I've tried plenty of different programs and job coaches, and this one is the best bang for my buck. The content is really easy to follow and implement, and for the first time I feel like I'm becoming more of a CEO instead of a chicken with my head cut off.

The master classes, training, modules, tools, etc. is second to none, but I wouldn't be where I'm at with this program without Rob, my coach. This guy is my biggest cheerleader, and isn't afraid to hold me accountable for the things I said I would do. I was nervous about getting on the call with him because I felt like I was going to be a bit of a let down. Quite the opposite! To say that Well Oiled Operations has changed my life is a complete understatement. The amount of growing you need to complete as a business owner is daunting and 1000% more than you think it is. I have completed 6 months with WOO. This coaching has helped me to see the weak points of my small business, create the steps to implement change and shine a light on things I'm doing well and not-so-well as a leader. The camaraderie with the other business owners is very helpful. My coach, Traci Dixon, has been so helpful, focused and has given me some great ideas. I loved the social media trainings with Bella as well. Make sure when you begin that you are prepared to dedicate about an hour a day to diving in so that you get that much more out of it.

Grace Edison was incredibly helpful in explaining everything WOO offers and in patiently answering all of my questions. I wanted to understand whether WOO could truly help me grow my business and allow me to step into more of an owner role rather than staying stuck as the “worker bee.” Grace’s warm, inviting demeanor immediately put me at ease, and she never made me feel uncomfortable for asking so much.

I joined the call expecting a typical sales pitch—especially after past disappointing experiences with coaching—but it was the complete opposite. Grace didn’t try to sell me anything. Instead, she listened deeply to what I needed to feel confident and successful, and then walked me through how WOO’s services could support those goals.

My biggest hurdle has been getting out of a scarcity mindset and gaining a clear understanding of my business’s financial picture beyond daily P&L reports. Grace explained how WOO could help me step off the hamster wheel and actually move the needle forward, which was exactly what I needed to hear.

She also followed up promptly by email, scheduled another call, and was incredibly flexible when I needed to reschedule. There was absolutely no pressure—just genuine support and expertise.

I have spent tens of thousands on coaching throughout my journey as a business owner and it has always been worth it, but this program is - by FAR - the most actionable and effective.

Your subscription comes with access to a massive learning portal and built-in community that's ACTUALLY helpful. Not only are there hundreds of recorded units and webinars, but they also offer live online classes multiple times per week, with real people who absolutely know their stuff. I have taken away something helpful and actionable from every single lesson. The most effective part for me, though, has been the accountability coaching. Every other week, I meet with my coach, Kyra, who checks on my progress, gives me learning units and action items to focus on, helps me brainstorm and soundboard ideas, gives me recommendations, and helps me stay focused on the priorities. The accountability component keeps me on track and helps me actually implement what I'm learning at a sustainable pace for growth. That, alone, is worth the cost.

Since joining, I have built an entire database of SOPs, streamlined our project management, cut out the stuff that was sucking profit and wasting time, trained and upleveled my team in ways I thought were impossible, honed in on our mission and most profitable opportunities, expanded my reach, and increased our revenue by approximately 21% EVEN after dropping our biggest client in Q2. Well Oiled Operations was the reset I needed. Over 6 months my team moved from “me doing everything” to clear roles, simple SOPs, easy recruiting and a morning "assembly" that has made our team connect and share daily. The program is practical and my coach Greg was very supportive and we would never have been able to implement these new systems without his guidance. My biggest win was mindset: I now spend far more time working on the business instead of being stuck inside the day-to-day. Thank you for an incredible program!

Her podcast has great advice. So does her book.

Her seminar is a one hour high pressure sales call. Where you are urged to meet someone within 24 hours for another 30 minute high pressure sales call. I asked for pricing information during both, and never got pricing information. I asked several times what would be included in a program and was told "We made it clear in Stacy's call" but they didn't. Nothing is in writing.

Then another 1 hour sales call. I was told I would not be able to speak with a coach before signing a $9800 contract (IF I sign on the call, otherwise the price goes up). No written info on what was included.

I explained to them that Stacy says you should never hire an employee long term without a 1-week paid trial. They didn't know what to do with that information.

Given the reviews and number of complaints here, and the red flags, I would be very skeptical of this business. I have repeatedly asked for more information in writing so I can decide if I can move forward, but when I didn't sign during hte call, I never heard from them again.

Just to be clear - to have the priviledge of paying at minimum $9,800 to be in their program, you must invest 2.5 hours of sales calls and them gathering detailed information about your business. I highly suspect that they are selling this information.

This program is the real deal. I have done another coaching program in the past and still have PTSD from it. I run a high producing mortgage team and this is helping me transform my business. We do really well already, but we've been all over the place. Now, I'm putting processes in place, defining roles more clearly and leaving no room for inefficiencies. I love that this program is not industry-specific. I didn't want someone trying to change the core of how we operate. Instead, they are helping me to get it running on all cylinders. I am learning tools to better manage our P&L, leading to higher profits. My coach, Traci, is a partner/mentor and helps keep me on track but not in a way that makes me feel like I'm being micromanaged. Just can't say enough good things.
