I searched for a long time for a program, group or mentor to help me scale our family's small business. I finally found what I was looking for with Well-Oiled Operations. My coach Kevin has walked with me through several wins and losses during the 4 months we've worked together. At one point, I was on the edge of deciding to close the business. If you are reading this, and wondering how to make your business grow, WOO will help you to use data to drive your decisions. It will help you develop a plan to systematically scale by building your team and operating practices at your pace. I feel more hopeful and empowered with what I have learned in this program!

I joined Well-Oiled at a time when I was completely burned out and questioning whether I could keep running my business the way it was. An Instagram ad from Stacy hit me at the exact moment I needed it and gave me hope again. Even though we had cash flow issues, I felt God was asking me to transform my mindset, so I joined.

Through the program, I realized I needed more responsibility, more accountability, and a healthier mindset about my leadership and my team. Attending Operator to Optimizer (in-person event) in Nashville and my coaching calls with Coach Kelly Clark were turning points for me.

I committed 100% showing up even when I felt unprepared and juggling 60-70 hour weeks. That consistency changed everything. My sister stepped into her role in field operations, our systems improved, and I experienced my biggest win: taking a two-week honeymoon without my work phone and without a single work call. That freedom alone made the program worth it.

By June, I realized I had to inspect what I expected, not just trust that my team had everything figured out after showing them once. Upgrading to the Powerhouse program and renewing for a full year pushed me to engage more in training calls, & the full breadth of the program. Listening to Stacy, her directors, and other WOO team members as well as members of the program, taught me so much about mindset and leadership. There were challenges. In July, when my sister (who had taken on field operations management) was out sick and we had equipment stolen, it tested everything. I realized how far we’d come as a team, but also how much we still needed better SOPs. Fullproof Planning (in-person event)was a game-changer. Networking with other members gave me the confidence to embrace new tools like AI, delegate more, and step fully into CEO-level thinking. The Powerhouse retreat (in-person event) really helped me to see that my leadership has come a long way, and that I deserve to be in the room with the Powerhouses. I left understanding how I needed to level-up as a person and leader to reach my goals. I am excited to grow together as a community in WOO. Ultimately, I used countless strategies from the program. Each lesson, each strategy, and each piece of accountability helped me grow not just as a business owner, but as a leader. I’m incredibly thankful for this journey and the opportunity to transform into a well-oiled operation.

Word of advice: As with anything in life, you get what you put in. Use the program and its resources. There will be highs, lows, limiting beliefs, wins, moments of doubt, and renewal. If you stay consistent, you will be transformed. Start with renewing your mind, and the rest will follow. Be open to different metrics of success. When I got my time & quality of life back, everything else followed. Take the risk, you will not regret it.

Working with my coach Tony Ross, has given me structure and clarity I’ve needed for years. I now have a defined framework, systems in place, and measurable actions that are starting to create impact in my business. I'm only a few months in and I'm looking forward to even more progress.

Well-Oiled was just what I needed, right when I needed it. I was already on the right track and had the right mindset, but I just needed help trying to hire the right operator and train my 2 operators correctly. Stacy has a tool or system for almost every aspect of being a CEO. I don't necessary need an "accountability" coach to make sure I do things, but if you need that, you get that as well. It was worth the money and I got my return on investment.

Are you on the fence? Do it! I'm the owner of a large successful catering company. We have experienced consistent growth and profit and have a 20 year work record. Everything was great (from the outside). We were desperate for direction on how to scale, how to set up SOP's, how to delegate, how to hire better and most of all....find a way to make time to enjoy our life outside of our business. My experience with WOO was awesome. I loved the in-person meetings, the ability to jump on live training with experts in business segments - and if you missed the live - it's always pre-recorded. After 4 months I am already SO grateful for what I have learned through the WOO program. Their classes, guidance and mentorship have helped me to finally understand what I should and should not be putting my focus toward in the business. The systems and templates they provide have helped me find the right people to hire, get everyone on the same page, and make communication effective and efficient. I have gained so much more work life balance while being able to grow my business at the same time. I love how they don’t keep trade secrets for themselves- they share them openly so that we can all succeed. Everything they teach and share makes total sense, and they teach it in a way that makes it easy to understand and apply.

WOO has played a major role in the structure of my business, which indirectly helped increase revenue. They helped me learn how to build real systems, navigate hiring and offboarding, strengthen my onboarding procedures, and set up consistent performance reviews with real accountability to keep things moving forward. I did have some hiccups along the way, and to their credit, they made things right. The live seminars are my favorite part of the program, although the Wednesday and Thursday schedule can be challenging when your business only operates during the week and revenue depends on being open. My coach is Tony, and he is truly wonderful. Five stars for him.

I have worked with different coaching programs over the 20+ years that I have been in business. I love WOO coaching because it is metrics driven. Unlike other coaching programs that just work on mindset and tell you what to do, WOO gives you the roadmap and checklists so you can track dollars and cents. The coaching is metrics driven and I love that! Also, my personal coach Brittney, is no nonsense and knows exactly what to do in each situation that I present to her. There is no woowoo in WOO! It's straightforward and pushes you to the next level!

Kyra has been a fantastic coach that has supported us through some major system implementation. We are providing more clarity and support to staff and seeing increased sales as a result of positive company culture where everyone knows the direction we’re moving!

Brittney Schimizu is amazing!! This is my first year back in the work force since having kids starting 8 years ago and she made me feel great about it!
