I bought a stanley tumbler, but the quality is poor with water leakage and scratch. tried to refund, but have been chasing for 2 weeks with numerous emails, but still in vain. Auto bot kept saying will email the return label and instruction, but never did once. am afraid if I return the product, they would never give me back the money.

I paid £45 for a mug and never received it!

Don’t order from this website… they shared another persons data and told me my order was on its way. It’s not even been shipped and gave me someone else’s order when I asked for a refund they said it’s being “processed” when it’s not it’s just sat there. Order number 2135.

Would never buy from this company again.

In absolute shock waited for my order for 11 days and it did not come no emails have been sent no updates. They are complete SCAMMERS I wanted to get this cup for my 10 year old daughter for her birthday but didn’t receive my daughter gave me her own money to buy it and it has not been delivered she’s heart broken DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

You are destined to be scammers if you ever order from this company, what a horrible experience I had. I ordered a Stanley cup from them only to find out it was completely FAKE!!, I am very disappointed. The cup was of bad quality and had scratches all over it, I will never order from them again. Do not order from this company! You will be scammed.

I wish I could give zero stars. Placed my order for an “original” Stanley cup, waited over three weeks for delivery. No updates, no apologies, just radio silence. They claim to be an “authorized retailer” of Stanley, but the cup I received was not genuine. It arrived with a deep scratch, a dent, and dirt caked onto the lid.
After two weeks of emails for a refund, they first offered me only a partial refund without even giving me a return address or shipping label to send the defective cup back!
When I asked for a full refund and the return label, they promised one within 48 hours… and then quietly sent me £17 (a partial refund) with no return instructions. It’s the nerve of these absolute liars!.
Welfordstores is untrustworthy, unreliable, and downright dishonest. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not buy from these people.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT AUTHENTIC. They claim they have real stanleys and charging the actual price of a stanley. I recieved my stanley and it was completely FAKE. The stanley they sent is not authentic. They are very very silly and they only offered me around 20% of my money back so the customer service is HORRIBLE. Thinking people wont find out you are selling FAKE stanleys is absolutely CRAZY! SCAMMERS!

I got a stanley cup from this website when it came it was fake and horrible. I tried emailing them for the past two weeks they kept on ignoring my message and I tried reaching out to their customer service they kept ignoring me. Beware of this website if you don’t want any fake item. They are thief and they sell fake products.

Complete scammers.
Emailed welford stores to ask where my order was 11 days after my order was placed. No reply.
Tracked on yodel - they explained that they havent even recieved this order as of yet.
From the website, they make it look as if they are a family business based in Birmingham, however all of the fake goods they supply, such as Stanleys and Labubus, despite marketing them as the real thing, are all shipped in from China.

Avoid!!!!

Still no contact from them and still no order, although now i know my labubu will be fake i will be requesting a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would, I placed an order for a case of what was marketed to me as 100% authentic labubus from the macaron series om 3rd may, it was 'preparing shipment' for quite some time, I sent them an email on 19th may asking for an update on shipping they responded saying apologise for delay it has been shipped, I received my parcel at 10pm on 27th may, to find these labubus are not authentic!! They are lafufus and I have requested my money back as it was advertised on the website as real!! I have emailed them on 27th may requesting refund, let's see what they come back with, if not they are scammers and avoid in future!

DON’T order anything from this shower!

I bought 2 Stanley cups from what looks like a legitimate reseller site. WelfordStores.com

However, when they took the payment from me, the business name of who took the payment was completely different. I only became aware of this the day after I had ordered the cups.

I started to investigate because I now had concerns about the lack of feedback or updates from these people?

It turns out that the real Welford Stores on 2A Broughton Road in Birmingham is also being used as the premises address on the website of WelfordStores.com. They list the business telephone number as +44 121 554 8669. After I became suspicious, I looked up this address on Google Maps and it shows a little shop in Broughton Road… so I rang the number on WelfordStores.com website to find that this number is the actual grocers shop on Broughton Road that these online cowboys are using to ‘front’ their Mickey Mouse business.

The chap I spoke to confirmed that Welford Stores is a grocers on Broughton Road and I was one of many who have phoned the website number to find out it’s all complete rubbish.

The organisation WelfordStores.com who acknowledge your payment is called AsadAkbarportal.com. This will show up on your bank account the day after you order the goods.

DO NOT BUY. It’s a Scam. I have also reported these people to the Action Fraud, the Police and Birmingham Trading standards.

If you order, it’s a scam. You will get nothing. If you have already been ripped off, tell your bank and put in a claim to recover your money.

I feel totally scammed. This store sold me a fake Stanley cup without saying it was fake. It looks cheap and nothing like the real one. They’re lying to customers and taking our money. Don’t trust this place!
