Appalling company tries to defraud you.
Ordered labubu genuine ones paying above the price and they sent fakes. Tried arguing they were real when clearly fakes. Was told I would get a refund and now two weeks have past and still no refund and they are no longer responding. Do not order from these people they are a complete scam

Seems to be a scam. I placed an order for a protour leakproof Stanley cup on 7 June with "express" shipping. Finally got a notification of dispatch a week later on 14 June, at which point I realised the tracking showed the cup as coming from China. I then saw all of the negative reviews saying products never arrived or were clearly not genuine. I contacted the seller and asked why the order was coming from China if the shop is in Birmingham and asked for my order to be cancelled, and was told no but I could return the product if I was not happy with it on arrival.

It was delivered on 21 June and was poorly made, leaked and was clearly fake. I contacted the seller again and asked for a return label and was asked for confirmation of my order number, which I had already provided so this was clearly a delaying tactic. I provided it again and received a message apologising that I hadn't received my order and it would be with me soon (another delaying tactic). I reiterated that my order had arrived and was not genuine and I wanted my money back, to which they just said it is genuine but I could ask for a refund if I wanted one. I said again I wanted to return it for a refund, and was finally sent a link to process a return and was told I would be sent a label within 48 hours. It has now been a week since then and I have chased 5 times and received no response. I'll now be processing a chargeback with my bank as they clearly have no intention of responding to me or sending me the label.

I bought two Labubu figures for nearly £35 each (total £70 plus shipping). The products arrived late, were poorly packaged, and worst of all — the Labubu figures were fake.

I immediately emailed them requesting a return and refund. They sent a link to “report” the issue, but after submitting it, I’ve heard nothing back for over 10 days. No refund, no proper communication.

This is clearly a scam — they are selling counterfeit products and ignoring refund requests.
Avoid buying Labubu from this seller. You will waste your money.

Totally scammers, told them to cancel my order before the parcel been dispatched, but still claim they will send it out, which I never received it! Don't buy anything form this website!!!

Update:
After 10 days of dispatch notice, checked with Yodel they said this company just generated a tracking number but never actually gave them the parcel! What a joke!

They sell FAKE LABUBUS and don't refund your money. I have contacted them 29 times. They use chatgpt to reply promptly and politely but unfortunately they are thieves. Better start the dispute with your bank and report them as soon as possible!

Express delivery - ha ha, you receive the fakes almost a month later. Also, the payment goes to someone in Abu Dhabi. The packaging - that's another awful part. FRAUDSTERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THEM, I ordered a present for my sister as she was very unwell I paid £10 for express shipping which was due 2-5 days 3 weeks later I still had received nothing and it hadn’t even been shipped !!

I then emailed over to them which they informed me they would get it shipped as soon as possible, I’ve sent multiple follow up emails to say that I still haven’t received the parcel and I want a refund or I would just like someone to get back to me, I haven’t had a reply from them now !! THEY ARE JUST IGNORING ME! SCAMMERS!

Please whatever you do save yourself and your time and your money and do not order from this website, I will be writing this on every platform I can. They don’t even have the decency to respond to me on an email it’s horrendous.

Ordered on 11th and still not received! Although claimed to have dispatched next day with tracking details provided! Delivery company still do not have the item and support email have now stopped responding! Clearly scammers! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Worse is the item was for a child’s birthday which has been and gone!

Poor packaging I had reason to believe I was buying an original Labubu but has Chinese writing on the box ,the doll itself was not even packaged in the box. I’m hoping for a refund but I’m not very hopeful. You can get fake dolls for £10 I have just paid them £30 in good faith it’s false advertising and should be reported to trading standards

Spent almost £300 and never received tracking information, doesn’t answer emails and their phone always goes to voicemail. Looks like I’m never going to receive my items.

When I find a landline number online a very very rude guy answers and has a go saying that someone has taken a photo of the shop front and created a website and stolen his business identity basically and doesn’t let you speak and hangs up. So this is a fraud and a scam and when the money leaves the bank it’s link to an Emirates bank account.

Contacted my bank and now fighting a battle to get my money back.

Stanley cups are FAKE.
Experience much like other people, product arrives much later than website states. Made to believe stores in UK, but transaction goes through in UAE.
Once asked for a refund, partial refund and promises of a return label again and again label that never arrives. It’s probably more a cost to them to return an item likely from China than loose the product.
I ordered the same cup from Stanley to compare/ confirm this was fake. The will try to tell you there’s an ‘official’ QR code, but my official Stanley cup has no such thing and came in a plain box.

For the sake of saving £5, please just use the official store.
