Poor service

Ordered drop, maintain and protein powder. Only the drops and maintain arrived. I emailed to check on protein powder... no answer, then emails bounced back after 24 hours. I text the advertised number, still no answer 48 hours later. Very dissapointment in service.

Only diet that could help me

I’ve tried every diets and a lot of exercises. None of them worked on my weight after gaining 10kg in a couple of months for taking Zoloft. But, thank goodness, this amazing product helped me to lose 10 kg.

I ordered my drops 1 week ago and the tracking number was false and I messaged admin and they said that Australia Post lost it and they'd resend. I haven't received the drops or any correspondence as to where they are or if they are refunding or sending new ones. I won't order from here again.

Bad experience…

I recently had a regrettable experience with Weightless 123 . I placed an order for 4 products and was eagerly awaiting its arrival, only to discover that the one item was missing from the shipment. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of response from the company’s customer service.

Delivery

Well. As much as I like the product, I still have not received my last order which is not helping my weight loss journey as I'm out of drops.

Disappointed

The service and communication is appalling. I placed my order a week ago and only received notification (Australia Post app) on Thursday of a delay. Apparently, the item is yet to be despatched. I no longer want this item.

the dispatch was prompt however i…

the dispatch was prompt however i attempted to leave an ATL for my parcel, australia post wouldnot give access i live in a safe neighbourhood and leaving the parcel behind is ok. i had to go to postoffice due to limited access it became complicated
