Poor quality polos and expecting us to pay to return
Poor quality polos, sizing is not as they claim, xs small but baggy and long , not as deaxribed or fit to wear
As a peraon who wears xs small clothes i know my sizing and this is not it, shocking quality primark does better and cheaper
They Have a cheek to make the customer pay to return poor quslity items at our expense.
waste the customers time and not even pack a return note in the parcel.
give the customer more hassle and expense when other companies have no issues with free returns and retun lables
Save your money you will get better clothes elsewhere that are as desribed
You have been emailed i expect a full refund and postage costs returned also
I have notified my csrd issuer, extreemly dispointing experince and a waste of my time i needed these items for a trip.

Great terrace wear. One bad experience
Regularly have bought from these for a few years now. Excellent clothing and quality. The review would be 5 stars but my latest experience hasn’t been great. To do with a mug I had as a birthday present from my daughter. In less than a month the transfer motif started peeling off. I sent photographs to them but as it was a present and I didn’t buy direct through my account the customer service was a standard no receipt or order number no refund. I’m a supposed “Gold” customer but that obviously doesn’t count for much
