Took delivery after some wait but too large. Within 7 days asked to return & refund under 14 day online purchase regulations. Offered 30% refund & keep the pillow. Said I'd donate pillow to hospice and was offered 50% refund. Asked for 3rd time for confirmation pillow meets UK regulations (fire retarding & POP24-persistent organic participants) which charity shops & hospices will require. So much for web site stating full refunds if not satisfied.
I guess Trading Standards might be my next call

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a pregnancy pillow, delivery policy stated dispatched in 1- 2 days. Delivery 3 - 4 days. It took 7 days to dispatch and after a week with no movement on the tracking info I emailed customer services and was told it would be with me by the end of the week. It was not, refunds promised but never for filled. 4 and a half weeks later it arrived. Product is useless. DONT NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Still trying to get a refund.

Placed an order over 5 weeks ago for a pregnancy support pillow and item has not arrived. Contacted the customer service team on 5 different occasions who provided a different excuse each time with no actual update. No offer of a refund even though the guidelines in their return policy states I should receive a 100% refund as it is over a certain amount of days. The contact number never answer and I feel that we have been scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

It has taken 8 days for my order to get to the UK and its still not arrived !!!!

Also they refuse to provide an invoice stating the tax element which is illegal !!!

An absolutely awful company & product to deal with.

Ordered a pillow that took weeks to arrive.
The chair pillow arrived vacuumed into a flatpack and when opened it offered ZERO support and was for a very small person so I requested a refund.
Wedo then claimed to speak to 'technicians' which took another week. At the end of that week, I could still put my hand flat on the floor with the pillow between. The pillow literally folds in half like a duvet with no supporting foam whatsoever. It is certainly NOT memory foam or orthopaedic as advertised.

I've chased a refund over the last THREE weeks and had 7 or more emails asking me to accept the pillow at a different discounted rate every time they respond - regardless of stating I want to return it for a refund!

This product is terrible & I highly recommend not using Wedo in any way shape or form - they'll run you about and do not stand by the website spiel they say in customer service - It's a joke...

Cushion took 16 days to arrive- site stated 5-7 days. Really shocked at packing- bundled and squashed / sellotaped into a thin plastic bag. Material is horribly synthetic- cushion is soft and will not be fit for use. All for £60. I would not have spent £10 on it. Have had several AI style replies that lead nowhere- tho site promises to exchange. Avoid

I wanted a large wardrobe assembled. They came, they did the job very well . All really polite, and well trained . A couple of cups of tea later,.. one large wardrobe . Brilliant! . I thought they could only work up north, but no they had people all over the country apparently . Would I have them again . Yes definitley.! Well done

My only comment and it is a gripe I have with many web sites. I bought a mattress at 50% off and it is well worth what I paid for it but not if it had been "full price"

My review starts with the products itself I ordered a bed frame and mattress, delivery was speedy and at a time to suit me. Everything was of excellent quality as expected and it was a great improvement over my old uncomfortable double bed which was only good for the dump. The price I paid was perfect as an avid Googler who likes to research and search high and low for the best deals I could not find anywhere better than Wedo!

Now on to the bit which in my own opinion defines a company. Good products and prices is a must but if your customer services is not equally as good things will fail. After months of chasing Quidco for my cash back I should have received for this sale I had but almost given up. Quidco kept sending template replies and basically doing nothing to help me. I thought I would contact Wedo to see if they could nudge Quidco from their side. I was greatly surprised after the horrible experience with Quidco I was met with a completely different approach from Wedo. I was getting super-fast replies to my emails which were specific to what I was asking and not robotic, Tom was great and passed my concerns on to the finance department and I was contacted by Gareth who contacted Quido for me and helped resolve the problem.

I will be shopping again at Wedo in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family as a one of a kind company.

Back in September I ordered a form mattress for a friend, the service was second to none and as promised that was delivered next day.

The quality of the mattress is far better the we imagined and its nice to use a web site there is clear and easy to use.

my friend and wife have said since getting the mattress they are having a brilliant nights sleep also they appear to be more relaxed.

packaging and quality of bed excellent, easy to assemble, no missing accessories. However the delivery let them down as it was not delivered as agreed and had one person stay home for nothing

Great choice,only firm that provided the exact size/colour & readymade wardrobes to fit our space. Super quality goods, excellent service & communication via e-mail and phone - staff exceptional. Delivery quicker than anticipated which was brilliant although earlier delivery notification came AFTER delivery - luckily we were at home! Accompanying furniture ie headboard and dressing table mirror 'all under one roof' making shopping easy and convenient. Website easy to navigate with straightforward understandable information - all in all, a very good experience. Wil visit again and recommed totally. Thank you Wedo.

Found ordering on line simple and no hidden charges free next day delivery. Mattress was as described very pleased with it. No hassle unpacking and was ready to use within a couple of hours. There was plenty of choice, different brand names and variety of mattresses. Delivery was extremely fast with me by 9.30am next day. Would defiantly recomend using this company .

Very impressed with the overall experience. The staff within the store were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, the sofia and two chairs are British manufactured and are excellent quality. The delivery service was excellent I could pick a date that suited me and I was given a morning slot. I would have no hesitation in purchasing goods from wedo again.

Wedo beds online company were brilliant. First time I've used online for a large purchase - bed, mattress & bedside cabinet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed on all aspects of the transaction - from order to payment to delivery. Cannot find any fault as everyone was very professional, and I have a beautiful, well made and comfortable bed at a very reasonable, fair price.
