Quick, easy, fair, great experience all around

Quick, Easy and Fair. In and out in less than an hour!

I sold my car last Saturday, (10/5/24) and the service i received was far from desirable. The representative came, assessed the car, gave me an offer, and I accepted. However, the entire process took almost 6 hours. That was a major inconvenience because I was juggling maintaining my two small children and helping him at the same time. It seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, and was unprepared. He had to leave my house and go back to the office to get more paperwork. Once he returned, I had to sign a few more papers and he took the keys, locked the steering wheel, and handed me the check. I was told that the tow truck would come later the following week to retrieve the car I sold. The wrecker arrived that following Monday (10/7/24) and he was unable to take the car because I didn't have the keys. The car is AWD and the wrecker couldn't take it because it would cause damage to my driveway and possibly the car itself if it were to be dragged onto the tow truck. I got in touch with someone from We Buy Any Cars about my situation that same day and was informed that they'd retrieve the keys and send for another tow truck within the next couple days. It is now Thursday, (10/10/24) and I've yet to hear from anyone and the car is still taking up space in my driveway.

The entire process was easy and everyone who I spoke with throughout was nothing but helpful and pleasant. Robert was professional and fair during the valuation process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience overall!

Robert is great at what he does without doing anything other than just the best he can. He likes what he does and you can tell! He went over everything with me, when he pointed out certain things, he never made it feel like I had done something but more a matter of fact (other places would notice a dent and treat you like scum because of it.) He did his best to make sure that I would feel good giving my longtime car away. I appreciate everything he did and just working with him in general, he really is a wonderful person!
