He took the time to examine all the papers which included POA for my brother, who is a disabled veteran, so that I could sell his car. The name on the title was only his first and last name and the POA was his full name. The regional manager approved purchasing the car.

I think the initial bid and final price was not done in good faith. We started at $1500 and ended at less than $1000. Nickel and dime action for minor issues. A car that is more than 5 years old will have a few scratches. But charge a fee for repainting is not how business should conducted.
