Leon was very professional and tried his best to get me a good price for my car. I wish the online questionnaire would provide all information on the car once VIN is entered in the system just like it was provided to the manager during our meeting so that a more accurate price offered would be transparent. As a consumer I should have all information available from any company in this business. Further, they couldn't come to my home because I live in a guard gated community so I had to drive to their office which took time out of my schedule. I think their representative should be able to come to at least evaluate the car even at guard gated home and then I can drive it out of the community for the pick up if needed. The $25 credit for uber was a great perk after my sale.

You then have options to book an appointment at a convenient and legit location. In my case it was the same day and I met with Leon the Manager. Leon was very low key, explained the process, inspected my car and gave me an offer. I had in my mind a general idea of what my vehicle was worth and the offer was on the low end of my spectrum it was for my vehicle AS IS. I took the offer and the transaction was completed with a check (you may choose Zelle if preferred) in under an hours time. WHY, you ask did I choose this company? Because I did not want to insure a car at $16 per day while I was waiting for a buyer, I did not want to spend time advertising, I did not want to repair the vehicle to mint condition which would cost more than the value of the car, I did not want the car test driven by multiple people under my Tag and insurance, I wanted the tags surrendered immediately and I wanted to be sure the title was transferred immediately leaving me with no liability. The next day I was at the DMV receiving the official document showing the tags and title were no longer in my name. Leon and We Buy Any Car made this transaction quick, easy, and worry free. This is a no pressure company that would have allowed my to think about the offer if I chose to do so and they were straight forward on areas of the vehicle that would need repair and affected the purchase offer-all legitimate since the car was a 2002. Sometimes deals are easy, and sometimes they take work. Not everyone wants to put in the effort, however Leon went above and beyond to make sure I walked away satisfied.
