Setup has a bit of a learning curve but the support team has been really helpful throughout the process. The platform has a lot of useful features including flexible commission settings and a clean vendor dashboard.

Outstanding Support Experience with Warranty Setup

I was quite stuck and confused while trying to set up the warranty registration and claim process on my store. It was becoming overwhelming, and I wasn’t sure how to move forward. However, the support team truly went above and beyond to help me.

They scheduled a call with me and patiently walked me through everything step by step. They didn’t rush at all and made sure I understood each part of the setup clearly before moving on. What I really appreciated was how calmly and politely they answered all my questions, no matter how small or basic they were.

Their guidance made a huge difference, and something that initially felt very complicated became much easier to manage. Thanks to their support, I was able to properly understand the workflow and get things set up correctly.

I’m genuinely very happy with the level of support provided. It’s rare to find a team that is this patient, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile for their users. Highly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them.

Disappointing Support – Charged Again for Their Own Installation Issue

StileBoard purchased an Odoo module from them along with paid installation services, expecting a fully functional solution. Initially, everything seemed fine, but shortly after, the module stopped working properly.

When we reached out to their support team to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for a product they installed themselves, they demanded an additional $125 for paid support just to resolve the problem.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If a module installed by their own team stops working, fixing it should be part of their responsibility—not an opportunity to charge extra.

We expected better accountability and customer support from a company like Webkul, but unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

We would not recommend their services based on this experience.
