It feels like they either don't know how to do the job or they're deliberately wasting time. I ordered a service for 10 hours at a cost of $300. The time is almost up and practically nothing has been done.

Possibly the worst business and personal experience I've ever had. I highly value work, so I'm aware of the damage negative reviews can do to a company. But what this company has done to me is something I can't let slide any longer. For months I've asked them for solutions to the add-ons they created or developed for me, and not only have they failed to provide them, but they want me to pay more for something that has never worked and don't even offer instructions on how to fix their botched jobs myself. I've had to hire other developers to fix it, and their responses have been nothing more than mediocre work; some have even dared to tell me I've been scammed. I placed all my trust in them, and they were my main developers until I started paying attention to their work, which was nothing but shoddy, incompatible, with logic I hadn't requested. Jobs that were supposed to be completed in days dragged on for months, and even after paying them, many remain unfinished. I absolutely do not recommend them. They are unprofessional, unethical, and lack principles and values. A truly awful experience.

Estafa total. Te venden un software que no funciona. Como en su politica de devoluciones dicen que tienen x meses para arreglarlo, no hacen el módulo hasta que alguien pica y lo compra. Cuando denuncias ponen la excusa de que van a arreglarlo cosa que, por supuesto, no hacen.

I purchased two Webkul modules for my Odoo setup: the Restaurant Order Transfer Module and the Auto-Sync WebSocket Module. Initially, I faced many issues even on a fresh Odoo environment with no custom modules.

The support team at Webkul, particularly Akshansh Sahai, was very responsive and addressed all my concerns.

Helped me to understand the app better & their technical team consistently connected to resolve the code related issues so that the app could work better on my shopify store

I have one of the plug-ins WooCommerce preorder and it is allowed to be installed on 2 websites at the same time.
In my case it is installed on our live website and also on a staging website under the same domain.

The staging website was deleted and a new staging website made to test some new modifications and it has disabled the plug-in on our public facing website. It's now requiring me to revalidate which I have done. It already says it is activated but you don't have access to any of the settings or can change anything so i am effectively locked out of the pre-order plugin.

The problem now becomes going backwards and forwards for 3 days with the company trying to get the problem sorted out. They just dont get it or understand. Nothing illegal is happening here, the plugin is on the live site and the staging site but they have locked me out of both ?

I have supplied them with all of the information about the problem, and by their own admission the staging site has been removed so the problem should now be completely resolved. But now they continue to go backwards and forwards dragging this out for days.

Added to this, I'm using a $39 plug-in and I wanted a small modification. They sent a quote for US$800 to make a small change but my web developer changed 2 lines of code, and managed to do the modification I was asking for in under 20 minutes (and he had never even looked at the code before)...... Certainly not worth $800 !!

I just get a real bad taste in my mouth from companies at work like this. It seems to me like they are wanting me to buy the $39 plug-in again and move on, trying to charge $800 US for a tiny change to a $39 plug-in is just crazy! This all leaves me to believe that everyone should stay away from this company ! If there was an alternative that worked i would dump them immediately.

People looking at using a plug-in from Webkul, please be VERY aware that there is zero support and an extensive history of being difficult and overcharging for any small changes.

UPDATE (Nov 9, 2025): Issue resolved — activation working

After a frustrating lifetime license blockage (old localhost dev host counted against our 2-domain limit), Webkul has removed the stranded entry and we’ve successfully activated POS and Loyalty.

We purchased OpenCart modules from this company that were never delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one ever responded to our emails. It feels like once they take your money, it’s gone for good.
They never fix the bugs in their extensions, and at some point, they pressure you to buy new modules or extend support. If you challenge them, they simply block you and your money is lost. There seems to be no internal audit or accountability in place to ensure customers actually receive what they paid for.
We’ve been requesting a refund for over 2 years, but they refuse, claiming it’s because we left a low-star review. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Lesson learned: This company is effectively blacklisted in our eyes. My advice – do not step into this trap. Protect your money and look elsewhere for reliable vendors.

Don't touch this plugin and their service. Everything is a upsell and the manipulate their review on codecanyon, they won't let people leave negative review for them.

Als je echt veel geld wilt verliezen, koop een module van webkul. (koop geen modules van webkul zonder paypal of credit card om je zelf te beschermen.)

Terugbetaling is nooit mogelijk ondanks dat ze weten dat ik zo veel geld heb verloren met dank aan hun module. Een module van 100$ heeft mij uiteindelijk 800 euro gekost aan verlies.

Pre Order module met heel veel problemen. Klanten krijgen zo maar korting. Zolang je de afrekenpagina blijft vernieuwen bleef je nog meer korting krijgen totdat het product helemaal gratis was.

Ondanks dat ze van het probleem wisten en het probleem na 3 weken nog steeds niet konden oplossen hebben ze de module ingeschakeld gelaten en vakantie genomen. Dus webkul gaat op vakantie en mijn bedrijf mag geld blijven verliezen in de tussen tijd. En ondanks dit allemaal terugbetaling is NIET mogelijk.

Slechte review op hun website achterlaten is NIET mogelijk, slechte reviews worden verwijderd.

Kijk op quora en forum.cs-cart wat men allemaal te zeggen hebben over webkul voordat je een dienst van ze afneemt.

I've been a customer of Webkul since 2021, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Most recently, I encountered an issue with RTL layout compatibility in their module. Instead of addressing the problem and providing a fix, they are asking for additional payment to make the module work with my theme, despite the fact that I already paid for the module and struggled with similar issues in the past.

If you’re looking to grow your business and need reliable software with solid support, Webkul is not the best option. Over the years, I’ve had to deal with recurring problems with their products, and their support always seems to come with a price tag—even when the fault lies in their own patches or code.

Businesses need dependable solutions that work as promised, without having to pay extra just to fix what should have been functioning from the start. Webkul’s approach to ongoing issues and lack of accountability for bugs makes them a poor choice for anyone serious about scaling or maintaining smooth operations.

I would advise against using Webkul if you value reliability and proper customer support. There are better alternatives out there that won't nickel and dime you to resolve basic issues.

Je vous raconte mes expériences avec cette entreprise qui sont toutes catastrophiques, J'ai du faire en total 4 projets PRESTASHOP avec eux entre 1500€ et 3000€ pour chaque projet mais à chaque fois est une catastrophe. le problème le plus récurrent avec eux c'est que derrière chaque projet j'ai tout le temps d'autres problèmes majores sur mon prestashop et c'est comme à chaque fois avec eux, c'est un bras de fer pour corriger ces problèmes car bizarrement après chaque correction d'un problème ils génères d'autres problèmes au point je me demandai si cela n'est pas fait exprès par eux car à chaque fois il demande de payer pour corriger des problèmes qu'ils ont créés. Pour ma dernière expérience c'est 100% de l'arnaque car j'ai acheté 1400€ heurs pour un projet mais de jours à lendemain (sans suivi, sans rien) ils vous annonces qu'il ne vous reste plus d'heure pour terminer le projet et pour justifier cela ils m'annonce que j'ai demandé un travail supplémentaire qui fait que les heure ont été consommés, or je n'ai rien demandé de plus, touts et dans le cahier des charges.
Alors un conseille, ne travailler pas avec webkul si vous voulais que votre e-commerce ne subi pas une déformation, il y a d'autres site comme fiverr ou vous trouvez des Freelances plus compétant et plus sérieux que webkul.

Im having issue importing a web auction csv file, the person created the ticket because couldnt assist (did have the knowledge it appers), he/she asked for csv. i provided, then asked again... W . T . F? created ticket and didnt attach my csv file. Unless... and it goes on. totally bad experience with this people.

Want lost try money? Try buy from this place. Pay and wait or support ....when u get product. Of course invoice u get, but not product...

this company i buy opencart 3 amp extension, everyday problems on google search console, everyday opencart log more and more errors, this never make your webpage google amp indexed, google 0 index your webpage with amp support. they give everytime stupid answers and they never solved your problem, and without your authorization they add your webpage on their search console, trustpilot team, why you dont let people add screenshots here ? so everybody see its true or not.i really regret, also opencart support not do anything about it. i totally gurantee this company opencart 3 extensions f.k.d up your website very easyly.
