Both Jose and Taufiq were incredibly helpful and patient. Webdock would be nothing without the level of support they provide and thee two are what makes the service so good.

I tried their VPS and I am impressed

I tried their VPS and I am impressed! Beautiful clean customer panel with great UI/UX!
The service has been rock-solid with 100% uptime, no CPU overloading issues, and consistently low latency. I was also assigned a clean, dedicated IP address, which is a big plus.
What is also excellent is their online support. I reached out via live chat at 4am their local time and got a friendly reply in 2 minutes. This is very rare and that is why i highly recommend them!!! Thanks for great experience guys and good luck!!!

The server is always down

The server is always down. It's impossible to restart it, shut it down, or do anything on your website. The buttons on your website don't do anything. I look at your page's network requests, and every time I click on "They only send requests to px.ads.linkedin.com," not a single request that makes me think the button has any functionality. The truth is, the service is miserable, and the buttons on the admin website don't work; they do nothing. The button to delete a server doesn't work either...

Hello Carlos! Please reach out to our support, because we know what this is :) The symptoms you describe perfectly describe javascript having crashed in your browser. This is either due to a misbehaving plugin in your browser or could even be malware. If you try in another browser, or maybe just an incognito window, you should see better results for sure. If not, reach out to our support and we will help you debug this. I am sure you will experience having issues with other sites as well...

Pico plan very affordable, recommended

I am an IT specialist with 20+ years of experience. I just started out with their Pico plan, the most affordable one. It was highly rated by several comparison sites, I mean the Webdock itself. Of course, the Pico plan is intended only for Linux guys like myself and its limits can be drawbacks for many. Which is why I chose to speak about Webdock itself. Let's focus on connectivity and security: both 1x IPv4 and 1x IPv6 are there; 2-FA security present; SSH via public key or password; on Debian it's a pure pleasure to work with. Thank you
