Terrible experience and ££££ lost
One of the worst suppliers I have purchased from. At first they were very responsive, however after the order was delivered this stopped and I had to chase multiple times to get any sort of response.
60% of the items delivered had problems such as broken zippers or large tears and were not in a saleable condition without a repair. Other examples would include Canada Goose jackets missing the hood and fur or even a number of fake items!
When I explained this they tried to tell me this was normal and classed as grade B. I have purchased 1000's of items from other pre loved clothing wholesalers and these are definitely not grade B.
Based on my experience and now being several thousands of pounds out of pocket I would urge people to stay clear of this supplier.

Matthew — we take every review seriously, and we want to respond honestly.
On the fake pieces: this should not have happened and a refund was offered immediately. If that’s still outstanding, contact us at hq@wearhaus.info and it’s resolved same day.
On response time post-Eid: fair point. We were slower than usual coming back from the break and that’s something we’ve addressed internally.
What we do want to address directly is the grading claim. Canada Goose and Moncler at wholesale price points is one of the most difficult categories in the market. Premium outerwear at this volume and price point will include pieces requiring minor repairs — zippers, stitching, missing hardware.
This is standard across every wholesale supplier operating in this niche globally, and is why the price per piece is a fraction of retail. You mentioned purchasing £20,000 of stock from Pakistan suppliers in six weeks — which tells us you know the market well and understand this reality.
What isn’t standard is fake pieces passing QC, and we own that.
We’d welcome the chance to speak directly and resolve the outstanding refund. The door is open.
