I have never had a worse experience with a company than I did with Petite Keep. Their complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and honesty. It is truly astonishing.
I pre-ordered a keepsake box on March 14th, with a promised ship date of end of April. This wasn’t just a casual order—it was meant as a gift for a deeply meaningful event on May 16th. I placed the order well in advance and reached out on April 23rd—well before the deadline—to confirm the shipping timeline.
What I got in return was a string of lies, excuses, and broken promises. I was assured repeatedly that my order was marked as high priority and would ship on time. There were “no issues,” I was told. It would “absolutely” arrive by my deadline.
Fast forward to May: no tracking number, no shipment, no communication unless I chased them down. Suddenly, there were production delays. Then, I was told it would ship by May 5th. That deadline came and went—no box. Then I was promised it would ship by May 13th. May 13th came and went with no information. Then I was promised overnight shipping for the trunk to arrive for my May 16th event. I gave them one last chance, and I surely paid for it as nothing was shipped.
They failed—again.
The order did not arrive. It missed the occasion entirely. Their "overnight shipping" promise? Never happened. The keepsake box I had planned for months in advance—ruined, thanks to their incompetence and dishonesty. I was completely transparent with customer service about the urgency of a timely delivery for the event.
And the insult? After all of this, they offered me a 15% refund. That is not just inadequate—it’s offensive. I paid for a product I didn’t get in time, was misled at every step, and was left scrambling with no time to find an alternative because I trusted a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. To make matters worse, I still do not even have the product!!!
Petite Keep has proven to be completely unreliable. They cannot meet deadlines, they don’t own their mistakes, and they certainly don’t care about the people they're selling to. Three of the four company core values read "customer obsessed, act with integrity, and excellence with every undertaking". These three core values have been significantly violated. Had there been delays in your production that were communicated, I am sure the situation could have been rectified appropriately, even offering to ship a different product as a replacement, but nothing was ever resolved. Their website does advertise 1 week shipping for certain products, but after this experience, I highly doubt that is accurate.
If you’re considering ordering from them for anything time-sensitive or meaningful from Petite Keep, don’t.
Avoid this company at all costs.
