The staff was very rude talking to each other in their own language and laughing in front of me while I was being served I felt very uncomfortable and felt like crying 😢. I will never go back to that store again on ( Cardiff Queen Street) called ( iCrack ) and and advice everyone else to do the same. The worst experience I've ever had.

They were very helpful

I meant to cancel my policy a few days before my phone broke. Im so glad I hadn't got around to it. Very quick responses to queries. Quick insurance claim assessment item fixed and returned quickly. Correspondence clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this company. Its been very positive experience. I was anxious prior to making a claim that it would be very stressful or an unfair process, it wasn't at all, hence I would absolutely recommend WCS insurrence creditors.

Good customer service and hasty repair

Got 2 months free with my handset/ phone contract…. Very good, not tied into a contract if you decide to cancel..
no payments taken for the 2 months….

Staff was too nice and they were very quick every time they respond me very fast
Overall…it was too good as my case was complicated but still they have a lot of patience

Cannot find a way to cancel insurance for phone after free period. Email not answered.
Update - email now received from company and cancelled as requested, thanks. Missed called and voicemail noted as well thank you.
I have been asked to change my review but I have checked my junk email and have had no email as suggested, other than the one received today. No voicemails have been left or missed calls from the number that has called today. I'm afraid I cannot update my review to 5 stars based on this experience.

Easy to use and quick with response.

I’ve been with this company WCS for 20 years I’m very happy with the company and I’m very happy working with WCS people I look after are part of my family I’ve see people come and go sometimes working in WCS it can be sad times when your look after people and unfortunately they pass away but there also good times I like I say I’ve been in the company for 20 years here to another 20 years

Easy to get and sign up to hopefully there as good and as easy to get a replacement phone or repaired if the situation arises.

Great communication through the whole claim and phone came back as good as new!

Had a couple of queries which were dealt with straight away with a friendly efficient staff member.

Fast delivery, speedy process, great service. Would definately reccomend.

Am okay with everything

The insurance was free with the phone for 2 months so was happy to give it a go ,no hassle everything was sent by email straight away so I didn’t have to do anything ,so very satisfied 😊

From start to finish I was dealt with kindly and professionally. Toni was amazing, she explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the claims policy and what to do and expect.
I was then forwarded over to Julie who took over and again was very kind, professional and clear.
I sent off my phone on Monday and by Thursday it was delivered to me. I would highly recommend Warranty and Creditor Services
