I would like to say a massive thank you to Talha Raheem (my advisor) who was amazing. He listened, understood my situation, helped, advised and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He was kind, patient and at no point did I feel bad or 'told off' for having debts. Along with Talha, I also spoke to Zaid who helped further along in my case. They also made sure I could afford the repayments and we're able to arrange the payment for the correct date. Both advisors were great and I could not have got back on track without their help. Thank you again.

When you’re trying to get out of debt or a bad financial situation, what you don’t want is to talk to someone who is three things:

• Pushing you to an option that keeps you in debt longer
• Losing their patience with you when you’re confused
• Guilting you into choosing this company even when you say you still want to explore other options.

I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours, I felt pressured and like the advisor was getting irate when I was getting confused, the messages I received after the call accidentally ended because my phone died also made me decide to definitely not persue using this company.

Since my call, I have gone on to clear a credit card on my own through just talking to my creditors and making more conscious money choices.

This company made me feel like I needed to stay in massive debt longer whilst paying commission to them to “take the hassle out” but it’s not a hassle when you’re serious about getting out of debt is it?

I definitely don’t recommend this company, I don’t want to be guilted into using a service or getting to a point where someone is being short with me because I’m telling them I want to explore every option available to me.

I’m super happy with the process and proceedings by this company. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and speedy. All of the things necessary to help individuals such as myself through the situation I’m in. I as specially want to thank Rahma Noor Rafi for her incredible professionalism, support and empathy for my current situation. She was a joy to have on the phone while we dealt with the issue.

Absolutely awful service.
Really nice at first and because I need more time to think about what I needed to do and what was best for me, then 2 days considering it would affect me for next 5 years.
Became very abrupt for wasting time and not doing what they wanted within a small timeframe.

The debt advisory services who worked with me were bloody marvellous and I thank all of those at the company well and send on a huge thank you. The whole team worked professionally and quickly in helping me find peace of mind getting my IVA.
