I was needing my truck and 2 motorcycles transported from Alaska to Southern California, I contacted Wavex requesting a quote, Ryan Cherkie is who contacted me with a quote. He worked very hard to get a driver, and kept to the quote he gave me. He also contacted me everyday with updates. He did great.

Great Service! Peter James was friendly, honest, professional, and very helpful! I was very satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend them!

Working with Peter James was amazing. I cannot say how surprised and happy I was after the delivery of our classic 1977 Corvette! I was able to reach him throughout the whole process and even though it was a little later than expected to arrive they were so polite over the phone and texting that I clearly understood how difficult this voyage was but again Peter James was amazing!! definitely gonna use this service in the future when needed. Paul was very professional when communicating and picked my son’s vehicle up a day earlier than scheduled from Florida to California. If I need to ship again, I would definitely book with Paul again. The price was fair also for the distance!

Used their service and it was a big mistake, told me that transportation will cost $550 and it ended up $1050. Communication was super bad, iI didn't know where my car is for 2 days. Nightmare

I recently use this company for a car pick up and delivery and Peter James was amazing. Everything went smooth and my car arrived in 2 days. I will be definitely using them again and would recommend them for any car transport. CW

Based on my experience, I completely lost trust in this company and seriously question whether it operates like a legitimate auto-transport business.

I was quoted approximately **$750**, paid about **$160 upfront**, and my car was never picked up. Afterward, the price suddenly increased to approximately **$1,300–$1,500**.

When I requested my money back, one of their representatives told me that **a refund was not possible**. Only after I told them I was considering legal action did they offer me **$75 as a “gesture of goodwill.”**

Even more concerning, I then received **multiple messages asking me to remove my Trustpilot review if I wanted my money back**. I have evidence of these communications.

Now their manager has publicly responded saying they always provide an immediate refund when a customer is unhappy. That is simply **not consistent with what their own team told me privately**.

The most disturbing part was that Wavex gave me a phone number supposedly belonging to the “driver” and told me that driver had been in an accident. Later, I called the same number from another phone, and the person answered identifying themselves as **Wavex Logistics**.

I also investigated their listed address and found what appears to be a **residential property rather than an obvious logistics company or commercial office**.

Ultimately, they did not voluntarily return my money. I had to **dispute the charge with my credit card company** to recover it.

Asking a customer to remove a negative review in exchange for returning their money is not something I consider trustworthy.

Based on everything that happened, I strongly recommend that consumers **avoid Wavex Logistics and be extremely careful before sending them any money.**

I had an unforgettable experience working Wavex Logistics. Their representative Harry Thompson deserves a platinum recognition for his dedication to exceeding customers' expectations. My delivery was on time and the driver, Keshawn Collins was also exceptional. Thank you, guys!!!

Wavex logistics helpful with transporting my vehicle from Texas to Kentucky. Phrilli Ron went beyond her duties to help me with keeping in contact with the driver as to where they were and what time the vehicle . But unfortunately the driver had problems with their vehicle so my delivery was for Wednesday but did not make it to me till Friday driver was difficult to deal with trying to charge me more money but Phrilli Ron got that straightened out for me when he arrived he dropped this vehicle in the wrong house down the Road man had to go go back and move it and do my driveway then was antsy and wanted to put it back on his truck because he wanted more money I do not recommend the driver but far as everyone else they were very polite and worked with me until the end very helpful people. The vehicle was very special to me it belong to my late father so when it arrived I was very emotional and the driver somehow that word from his supervisor hey charge me the right amount that we had agreed upon then he hopped in his truck and was gone.

""""""The WORST company"""" to work with.. they the worst.. they cook up end to end by quoting very low, later saying driver not available and finally hijacking prices to ship with the same driver who was initially supposed to take for low. If you want piece of mind, you wont go with this company. Initial quote was $1100 and finally they charged $2100 to ship the car.

Response to the manager Trevor: it’s hopeless to hear from your company that “we can’t ship your car” 12 hours before my flight takeoff, that’s absolutely unacceptable especially with my new born in hand. I was on calls all day with your company while working on moving my stuff. It was the WORST experncw of my life. You guys never offered any refund instead just blamed the driver backingout..if the driver backs out,you should help fine replacement and not say "we cannot ship" 12 hours before customer flying out, leaving me with no option than to pay twice the quoted$$$

It’s not just my review, most of the reviews you read have similar issues, first they they quote really cheap (which itself is a red flag), then driver details aren’t shared until asked, then driver meets with an accident or police incident or some cooked up story and finally they offer some other driver at double the initially quoted price.. all this SCAM is to just game the customers and get their $$$$$$ they don’t give a DAMN about customers and their experience
