I have never purchased from Wave before but I needed a new board and liked the look of what they had to offer. The website isn’t only easy to navigate with loads of information (but not too overwhelming) the quality of the products even down to how it’s was packaged in the box is outstanding. I had a small query I needed answered and the chat bot that was being used out of hours picked up my query easily and sent to a human who answered it the following day. I had a swift response from Jessica who was polite friendly and professional. This experience has been so positive for me I will only purchase all my kit and additional boards going forward through Wave. Service is never given enough credit nowadays but today Jessica’s service has converted me to only use one place to purchase all my water equipment going forward. Thank you

Final product ended up being fantastic, but the customer service I experienced was really disappointing. I bought a paddleboard from Wave three years ago, and the whole buying experience was brilliant. Therefore, I bought a changing robe from Wave last year, and the customer service was incredible after a mishap in their warehouse. They supplied me with two changing robes for the price of one due to a delay, and they were really easy to communicate with to sort the issues. I was so happy with these experiences, that I bought an inflatable kayak from Wave this year. However, the kayak came with very poor instructions regarding inflation. The instructions did not contain crucial information about how to inflate the kayak, so I could not use it immediately. I used the online chat on the website, which seems to be AI. It could not answer my query so put me on a list where I received an automated email asking me to reply to this with more detail regarding my query. This email address was just a bunch of jumbled letters and numbers, and did not seem legit at all. I managed to find a second customer care email address for which I contacted with my queries and photos. I received no response despite chases. I then found the email address used for communications from a helpful staff member last year, and again no response. After a couple of days, I finally received a response with apologies and guidance, however the guidance contained simple instruction saying I needed to ‘to insert the hose into the side of the kayak and start pumping’- this was completely ridiculous advice given I obviously knew this part- my query was regarding the fact that the valves were not correct or clear as to HOW to put the hose into the valve correctly. To make it even worse, the email contained a video link about how to inflate a PADDLEBOARD. I was querying inflation of a kayak, which has completely different valves to the paddleboard. Eventually, I used different videos and guides which I found myself on YouTube, and inflated the kayak. The kayak is of amazing quality and is perfect for use, but the customer service i experienced from Wave was entirely different to the amazing experience I received over the past few years. I am happy with my product but am wary to purchase anything else from Wave due to this recent experience.

Customer service has been great. I ordered a SUP, buoyancy aid, dry bag, and waterproof phone case, so i had the full set up ready to hit the water. The SUP arrived very quickly (next day) and was well packaged. However i did not receive the other items, which said they were arriving separately. After a day or 2, i emailed customer service and Jessica, Laurie and Sophie were very quick with a response (on sunday evening) saying they would look into the issue and resolve it.
It turns out that a couple of items i ordered were out of stock, and to rectify this, Sophie has upgraded my Dry bag to the next size up and offered an alternative Buoyancy aid so that the order can be complete. No hassle, no fuss, just understanding, empathy and, a resolution im happy with. Everyone i spoke to was great and very helpful.
Im very happy with the resolution Sophie provided and im happy to wait a couple of extra days for the products to arrive.

We ordered paddle boards and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the speedy delivery. The boards are excellent quality and have been a joy to use over the past few weeks. We did have a minor issue, but customer service—especially Jessica—was outstanding. She went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and professionally. Highly impressed and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a SUP.

I recently purchased a wave Pro 2 SUP and my experience with wave has been excellent!
The board arrived within two days and was even better than expected. It's solid when inflated, very stable when moving and can really shift in the water.
The pump works really well, using it it took 6 mins to inflate which I thought was pretty good.
I had an issue with a clip on the paddle (it may have been my fault) and they replaced it within 3 days of contacting them.
It's great when an item is better than expected but it's even better when the company solve a problem so quickly with no hassle. I am very happy with my WAVE isup

Ordered a Navigator Kayak on the 23rd July, 6 days later no communication about the order. Tried chat and contact page, but no response. Frustratingly not able to speak to anyone by telephone. Not good enough.
Wave did respond and explained the situation regarding the order. Unfortunately update e-mails were not received, and I did not notice the note on the order acknowledgment stating the delay in shipping.
It still would have been better if I could have phoned Wave, so I stand by my original comment.

Courier was terrible, said they tried to deliver but was a lie, I was waiting in for the parcel.
The board its self was cool but finished to a very poor standard. Paint/glue marks all over it where it shouldn’t have been. Unfortunately it was needed for a group event so i can no longer return it as it’s been used. Cool board, not the best attention to detail.

Product was faulty when delivered, product was delivered late even though I paid extra for delivery. Refund was refused as out of 14 day period, even though I was unable to check the product as it was delivered lated and I was then away for 3 weeks.
