Wave is my internet provider, and it’s absolutely shocking, tv buffers, gaming lags out all the time it’s like it’s not strong enough to reach parts of the house even if you’re in the next room. Have had loads of outages aswell, piss poor help from wave aswell.

I've been on Wave for two months, and they've not really offered much better than my last provider. I've had over 75 outages since I joined (compared to my last provider, where I had one or two before I got some signal boosting equipment), and while the signal started out roughly the same as said provider, it's since got much worse, with my video players not playing, even if they have the bandwidth to do so and streaming services buffering,e ven on a strong connection.

Been with WAVE for 4 years now, and like anything you have general teething problems but overall receive a good WiFi service especially with a second router, P2P and many devices on the network. The main point is the service is exceptional from all at Wave, the owner has exceptional knowledge and only a phone call away and the team are very helpful with any technical issues that are expected. They even helped with a camera issue which was very helpful. Highly recommended *****

Had wave for a few years now, was ok at first but past couple of years nothing but problems, if it’s not cutting out it’s unbearably slow, customer service is none existent, complete waste of time, AVOID, use starlink if you need rural broadband.

Always worked well, up until recently when it keeps dropping out. Recently it won't come back online even after powering off etc as previously recommended. Tried to call but no answer. Sent two emails to support with no response. I have been left with no choice but to disconnect their equipment and buy a mobile router so that we have Internet. I am wondering if they are even still in business!

Edit; Their reply is a load of nonsense. I did email in. I hadn't removed cables and installed them incorrectly either. Just to add, my customers regularly contact us out of hours and if they have no heating I'll do everything I can to get it back up and running for them!

Have used Wave since moving home around 18 months ago. The speed is very average, but we knew that on signing up and it's largely been acceptable. We have had some issues more recently (last six months) regarding download/streaming speeds, for example it can take a couple of hours to download a movie on Sky, and sometimes stalls during streaming. Also, the service cuts out early every morning - I mean EVERY morning - around 4am, sometimes earlier, only for a couple of minutes, but it's rather annoying when you work online and like to get an early start.

I emailed Wave about the issues and someone called me back 10 days later. I couldn't take the call at the time and asked the caller to please phone my wife, whose number I provided. Five weeks later, she's still waiting to hear from them.

Wave sucks! Every night the wifi goes out. They were here today so I was hoping it would work better. It so cuts out at 9:15 pm. It's really annoying and for what they charge you'd think it would work better.

Just had to write about our experience with WAVE. The experience has truly been a pleasure from the very start. I made a call with questions on what they could do for me and these were answered with speed and efficiency. We arranged installation and broadband was up and running in approximately one hour. Since then we have had no interruption to service at all and only had one time a site we were accessing did not like our IP address. We reported this and again within 10 minutes it was changed and we had access. The way the company act and respond is a credit to the whole team at Wave. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Wave Internet succeeded where BT and my own IT guys failed! I now have fast, reliable internet in every room of the house and all of the garden. A great service by very professional people and the house and outside were not impacted in any way. Please don't look elsewhere. I'm not someone motivated to write this review by anything else other than the elation of dealing with a business that solved a problem quickly!!

I feel compelled to write a review for this fantastic company. We've been a customer for quite a few years and have had almost no issues at all. Yesterday the internet went down and the customer service has been fantastic. We spoke to a real person straightaway and the technical team called us back and then we got a message saying an engineer was on site. All resolved within hours - brilliant and can't recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant local company who actually listen to what you need instead of a hard sell of products you don't need. The Mesh system is excellent, we have Wifi in every room of our thick walled house and its is seamless . I wish I had heard of Wave before.

We have had first class service from this provider from the initial enquiry, to the completion of the installation. We booked the service and at the time the engineer came to install, wave had not received a signed copy of the contract from me, I thought it would cause an issue. But no, I was trusted to return it at a different time. Down to earth friendly people with a no nonsense attitude, so rare these days.

Prompt efficient installation. I live in the country with miles of copper wire between the cabinet and the house so existing internet service is poor. The reception I get from wave is excellent and so good I have told my neighbours.

We have properties in semi-rural locations where the internet has previously been very poor even when we have paid for a service that has been advertised as all singing all dancing. I found Wave Internet on Google and asked them to give me a quote as well as a couple of other companies. They were quick to respond (Nina Moone) and were very helpful during the whole process. The cost of their service is not offensive, the surveys they arranged happened when they said they would with no inconvenience to myself. As we were very skeptical about paying for another service which may not work, Nina kindly got her MD to give me a call to talk me through our fears. We have now had 2 sites fitted with internet and we are very please with the outcome. We have internet working at a very fast speed at both sites where the occupants are delighted. Thank you to Wave and Nina.

From the first initial contact and site visit to discuss our needs, through to the installation and full setup a 100% professional company. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proper internet supplier for a non-standard install and not your usual generic "off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all" companies.

I would like to highly recommend Wave as the leader rural internet provider . This Company is very attentive to their customers needs. They are very fast and efficient in the way they deal with customer enquiries and any problems that arise are very quickly resolved. The service itself is extremely reliable and fast. What else could anyone wish for ??
