Money well spent
Amazing quality. Really happy with the two rugs I bought. Perfect sizing too. After going through so many door mats, the water hog mats are by far money well spent. I was a little apprehensive because I had never heard of the company and ordering online for an unknown seemed a little daunting but sooooo glad I made the jump! Highly recommend.

What a great company. I had trouble with my order which made me nervous because I had found this product via Instagram. I contacted them. They couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. I redid my order and it arrived looking gorgeous in 2 days. So pleased with my purchase and the service I received. Great job!

Website states that delivery time to UK is 1-3 days. Placed an order 10 days ago and absolutely no communication as to when I can expect my order to be delivered. Contacted Customer Service and no response. Terrible customer experience and clearly not a brand to trust

All Sorted, Great Mat
After writing a previous 1 star review, I thought I needed to come back and share an update. The company had contacted me via email, but the reply had gone into Junk email (not their fault) They'd also sent us a replacement mat which was right colour and size. In summary it was more crossed wires than incompetence on anyone's part. Although I do think some kind on phone contact would be helpful, it does seem that its the way the worlds going & phones are a thing of the past. Lastly I'd like to say we are delighted with the mat & will be ordering another for back door.

We did receive your email, but due to an unusually high number of orders this month, our response time was delayed. Please also check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes our replies can end up there. We can assure you that we always respond to customer emails.
To resolve this for you, we placed a replacement order (#5141) on Friday for the correct Navy Blue 60x90 mat. We’re happy to confirm that it is now ready to ship and should be with you in the next few days.
Thank you for your patience, and again, we sincerely apologise for the mix-up and delay. We’re working hard to improve communication and make sure situations like this don’t happen again.
Competent company, great products
I mean what's there to say? I ordered a mat from them, it arrived on time, and was exactly as advertised! It seems weird giving top marks for what I would think is a basic level of competency, but the mat is really nice and high quality.
