Very happy with my WaterHog mats.
Very happy with my WaterHog mats ( big one at the front door hallway) no more juggling to stay on the mat with the dog after wet walk. Smaller at back door.
They look smart & do the job very well. And a third inside garden door. I am in danger of wanting more, have to content myself with telling my friends & getting them hooked.

Really does prevent as much getting onto the kitchen floor
This was my 2nd order of rugs to complement the doormat in my kitchen. I'm impressed with the quality of the mats and they really do seem to prevent as much dirt coming in on paws from the garden.

Bought a second mat for our back door
Bought a second mat for our back door, as the first one is great. It stays in place and doesn’t move despite the foot traffic going through. The mat arrived very quickly in a well packaged box.

Placed an order for a bowl mat 6 weeks…
Placed an order for a bowl mat 6 weeks ago. Money was taken. No product. No response to emails or the website chat function. Very Poor indeed.I gave a review of 1 star.
Update in response to initial contact from company; 14.11.25
If a product is not available at the point of order due to a lack of raw materials and the estimated wait will be 6 - 8 weeks I think it only fair that customers are advised of this before they commit.
You advised the items have flown off the shelves but also said you are waiting for raw materials. It seems more likely that you secure thousands of orders and associated funds and use this to finance the next batch orders. Some kind of just in time supply but I dont think its fair for your customers to finance this set up. Or indeed wait 6-8 weeks for a doormat. Left score at 1 star.

The company had been in touch with further apologies and the offer of a free doormat due to the general delays and process to date. As a result i updated the score from 1 star to 3 stars. I imagine had i not left a review in Trust Pilot they would not have been as responsive. Hopefully the products arrive soon. I would say the other products i have ordered from them in the past faced no delays and have worked well.

Upon your initial order you received an email from us stating this specific product would be delayed, but it is true we didn't follow up in the meantime.
We noticed you also reached out to us via email, and we responded to that already.
If all goes well you should receive your order next week - we'll keep you updated with tracking info as soon as it's available!
Doormat too wide for standard door width
The doormat itself is brilliant. However the size is just too big! It’s perfect for a standard door width, but doesn’t factor in the skirting boards, so it doesn’t tuck in neatly to the door.
