Just some feedback Both my wife and my self are absolutely pleased with the water bed we have had one for 40 years and changed to a normal bed for the last 18 months we are so happy to be back in our new kingsize water bed so comfortable and haven't slept so well for ages

Outstanding service and quality
Quality of workmanship is extremely good. The customer service provided by Ben has been exceptional and he went above and beyond to personally deliver our bed as his normal couriers couldn’t deliver for 2 weeks.

I Bb recently purchased a Queen Pedestal Softsided waterbed from Mr Waterbed. I dealt mostly with Ben and he was extremely helpful. I changed my mind on what size and even considered canceling my order. And Ben was brilliant with my hassling him. I’m considering changing all my bed to waterbeds, Ben and Mr Waterbed were fantastic to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone considering buy a waterbed

Really great friendly service and advice from Ben. Bladder arrived from interstate in 2 days. Ordered Mon, arrived Wed morning. Found split in old seam Sunday, back in my waterbed Wednesday night.

Great Customer Service + Cheapest Price
I ordered one bottle of waterbed conditioner for $12 (I know, the last of the big spenders !)
Within one hour, I received an e-mail to confirm that the order was being processed. An hour later it was booked in for delivery by Auspost.
I had spoken to Ben on a previous occasion and he was only too happy to give me some free advice on how to maintain my water bed.
Not only is the customer service excellent, the price of $12 was the cheapest that I come across shopping on the Internet.

Great service, contacted Ben on a public holiday and to my surprise he answered the call, this guy is truly customer focused. High quality product at a very competitive price and received my order in 3 days. Will definitely be using Mr Waterbed for all future waterbed needs.

We have used Mr. Waterbed numerous times for mattresses, heaters, conditioner,s and whole waterbeds over the past few years.
