Washloo Recenzje

Very helpful on the phone, but you were going to send me another connection pipe which I didn't receive.

The unit was delivered securely and promptly. My only critique would be that the instructions were missing a tiny "cork" that was stuck in the water-intake port on the unit itself and I didn't know what it was until I took a risk and yanked it out.

Would be nice if yanking out the cork was included in the instruction manual, but otherwise I have no complaints and will use this service again when it's time to sell my home!

Ordering and delivery experience was smooth and easy, the toilet seat is great, feels much better quality material than their smaller and cheaper product, and the design is much neater as well. The seat fits well in the toilet however, the toilet itself is too high for us (we are around 170 cm tall) and our feet can barely reach the ground when sitting on it and it makes the whole experience uncomfortable. I can’t recommend the base toilet especially for shorter people, but everything else is great, the toilet seats are definitely worth it!

The Washloo itself is great, it is easy to use and works really well. Delivery was easy and when requested. Customer service has been prompt and supportive when we have had a few questions about installation.

Good information prior to purchase. Constant updates on delivery and good customer service follow up.
Good quality product.

Connected to the water & electrics as the instructions and it worked first time - extremely pleased

Absolutely brilliant service and product!

Excellent customer service. Addressed two issues concerning minor damage to pan and a post refund of vat after I’d learnt of exemption entitlement.

Rang with a problem with the cistern to bowl seal leaking..... Single phone call and Karen sent a replacement straight away....

Service and concern was excellent

Great company, very helpful can only repeat most of previous comments from the 5 star reviews, Washloo supreme works just as expected very happy great product, highly recommend

Perfect, simple and clean.

Excellent product, fast delivery, answered questions on the phone promptly. Can’t fault them.

Very helpful when purchasing our wasloo which we love.

I was going to buy a similar product from another seller but after a lot of messing about with the company concerned, I gave up and talked to Washloo instead. They are a great company to deal with and the product I bought is excellent.

My initial contact was with Alex who did a great job and really went the extra mile to ensure I bought a loo that met my specification whilst maintaining compatibility with the seat.

So far, their after-service support has been great too. Karen very helpfully filled in one of the blanks in the manual which mentions the power saving mode but doesn’t make it clear what this mode does.

All in all, Washloo have proved themselves to be an excellent company and I thoroughly recommend them if you are considering buying a bidet seat for your toilet.

Great price being VAT free for dissabled & hoping it lasts as long as my previous which was 7 years.
Does what it should & helps my independence

Karen was very accommodating and was able to apply a disability discount for me, which, on top of the sale item made the electric toilet that I bought even more reasonable. Have wanted one of these all singing, all dancing toilets for many, many years and Washloo have them at a great price. Excellent company to deal with.

very pleased with the product & the support from Washloo
