Absolute joke ordered mens body warmer. Nothing like described and would not be anywhere near the size it states .a total waste of money.

Leider eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach fast drei Wochen kam die Bestellung endlich an – falsche Grösse und mangelhafte Qualität. Für die Rücksendung musste ich unzählige E-Mails schreiben, immer wieder kam dieselbe Standardantwort vom Kundendienst, jeweils vom gleichen Namen. Obwohl ich die Rücksendung bereits gemeldet und bestätigt hatte, wurde ich erneut aufgefordert, Fotos zu senden. Es ist noch nicht einmal ein Monat vergangen, doch der Kundendienst ist eine Katastrophe: chaotisch, unprofessionell und wirkt wie reine Geldabzocke. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Warmood is a scam. Ordered a chunky dark grey shawl collar Mens cardigan fro the image on their web page. It has arrived today after over four weeks. When opened found a inferior cardigan that i wouldnt give to charity. Wrong colour,feels like a piece of nylon rag. Might as wel have given my £46 to charity. DO NOT USE THESE CON MEN. Why doesnt someone remove them from the net. Scam site.

I would give it zero if I could. Avoid. Dreadful service and the boots are absolutely awful and nothing like advertised

Hej har inte köpt något från företaget men söke efter axelremsväskor på internett och hitade en annons från Warwood som var precis brevid en exakt lika dan annons från TEMU samma bilder. De köper helt enkelt in produkten från temu för 83 kr då du beställer och skickar vidare den till dig för 430 kr. Detta förklarar varför varor ser annorlunda ut än på bilderna för det är TEMU ganska känt för, billiga priser men mycket lägre kvalitet än bilder. Ville bara varna.

Une catastrophe !!!!! Qualité mensongère , couleur un affront aux yeux . Fermer le site car ça vaut même pas d’aller à la poste pour le retour car adresses inexistant. Une pure arnaque par des chinois une fois de plus

Da ging alles schief was schief gehen kann. Es vergiengen knapp 3 Wochen bis die bestellte Ware ankam. Dann passte sie nicht in der Grösse. Die Qualität war auch nicht berauschend. Und somit wollte ich eine Rücksendung beantragen. Es brauchte 8 Mails dazu, bis ich nun endlich die Rücksendeadresse erhielt. Porto muss selber bezahlt werden. Anschliessend hörte ich nichts mehr von Warmood. Bis heute, nach 4 Monaten habe ich noch keine Rückzahlung der Mangelware erhalten. Das ist so etwas von dubios und Abzocke! Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte eine Arbeitshose Grösse X in grün bestellt. Wollte dann aber sofort die Farbe von grün auf schwarz wechseln. Ich bekam keine Antwort vom support. 12 Tage später kam die Antwort, dass es leider zu spät sei, weil die Ware bereits unterwegs sei. Jetzt ist sie angekommen.. In Grösse 3X anstatt Grösse S. Kundendienst und Service sind miserabel. NIE MEHR

Terrible, terrible company - total scam !
I beg you to not order and be caught out like I've been, I feel embarrassed to say.
I paid £35 for what were advertised as Levi shorts, they took for ever to come and when they did arrive they were about x3 sizes too small, were of appalling quality and worse than a TEMU purchase.
The online site looks trustworthy and has decent photos but the reality is nothing like.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Företag som frånsäger sig allt ansvar och gör sig okontaktbara. Skickade vara i barnstorlek och vägrar svara vid kontakt försök.

This is a scam website! My order never arrived and I tried emailing them and asking for refund but they dont answer. I tried calling their customer service but it is a fake phone numer that does not exist! Do not order from this website.
