When the order arrived it was not like the description picture and a small to medium not extra large well made garment though but literally waited a month .

!!! Bitte nicht bei diesem Shop bestellen. Ware kommt in sehr, sehr schlechter Qualität direkt aus China!!!
Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die wenigen positiven Bewertungen echt sind.

Even one star is too much for this company. The product they sent does not match the order. Even the garbage bag is of better quality. This company is definitely a scammer. I will never accept people being openly scammed like this and will take them to court!!!

Beställde en Teddyvinterjacka betalade 800kr så det jag fick liknar en morgonrock stämmer heller inte mycket Fy att man kan luras på detta vis och ta pengar. Om detta är en morgon rock så har är hemsk uddar vad är det för något

Ordered a white tracksuit. It was £60 so not so cheap. Looked really nice in the photos and described as cotton. When it finally arrived it was made of some sort of nylon polyester material. I realised that this was a Chinese site and not the Netherlands as it says in their contact info. I knew at that point I would never get my money back so didn’t bother with the stress as it’s pointless. Should have checked out Trust Pilot before ordering. Been scammed by China before so I should have done my homework on them. What a fool I am🤓 It’s easy money for them. Pretty sure the Chinese government has no regulation for such fake companies. Oh well better not get complacent again! The wolves are baying for blood just around the corner….

I ordered a Levi Bodywarmer, expecting a Levi product but it was not. I've since asked to return the item and have reported to trading standards as they are selling a fake branded product. We are losing hope of getting our money back. Businesses like this should not be allowed to trade in the UK or any country.

Attention retour impossible si une taille ne va pas , grosse arnaque. A éviter.

Ich habe 1- Paar Chelsea Herren-Lederstiefel, Gr. 42, bestellt.
Erhalten habe ich Schuhe, die zwar mit Gr. 8 angeschrieben sind, in die jedoch kein Männerfuss mit Gr. 42 hineinpasst.
Ein Schuhexperte, dem ich die Schuhe vorgelegt habe, war der Ansicht, es müsse sich um eine Schuhgrösse für Damen handeln.
Im Übrigen wies er mich darauf hin, dass bei den Schuhen kein echtes Leder, sondern nur Kunstleder verarbeitet wurde.
Nach diversen E-Mails hat mir WARMOOD eine Rücknahme und Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises angeboten, ich müsse jedoch vorher auf meine Kosten die Schuhe nach China senden.
Auf der Webseite der WARMOOD ist eine Firme in den Niederlanden angeben, die dient jedoch nur zur Täuschung des Käufers. Sobald man das propagierte, 30-tätigige Rückgaberecht in Anspruch nehmen will wird man auf die FAQ verwiesen in der China als Rücksendeort aufgeführt ist
WARMOOD weiss natürlich sehr gut, dass die Versandkosten nach China höher sind als der Schuhkaufpreis. (Ob der Chinazoll das Paket überhaupt ins Land lässt und wenn ja, die Herstellerfirma in China eine Rückerstattung vornimmt ist eher unwahrscheinlich).
Von diesem unseriösen chinesischen Online-Anbieter sollte man unbedingt die Finger lassen!!!

C’est de l’arnaque ce site, un site trompeur, les articles ne correspondent pas à l’image. Et pire ils sont pas basé en Suisse. Pour faire un retour il faut envoyer en Chine. Je me bats pour un remboursement. C’est un sit à signaler!!!

Dreadful!

Don’t buy. Took 6 weeks. No customer service. Phone doesn’t answer. Goes dead. No reply to emails, when I finally got the ‘cashmere’ skirt it had no labels and was very poor with a matted feel. Very disappointing.

Complete waste of money.

Took ages to be delivered and when the garment arrived it was way too big and nit what was ordered. Also packaging was shocking.

Then, when I asked for a refund was told they couldn't offer one and return to China was at my cost. Then they offered me a credit of 20% even though they claimed there was no error with the order.

I have returned the item to China and asked for a full refund plus the return postage.

Also reporting them the Trading Standards.

Awful company. Boots advertised as 41 but we're about a 39. Came in a bag, not a box so we're crushed and damaged. Made out of synthetic rubbish, and definitely not waterproof as advertised. Took a month to arrive. This company should be investigated by Trading Standards and not allowed to trade in UK.

Sjukt dåligt företag,svarar knappt på mail och helt omöjligt returnera om storlek blivit fel.. Handla inte av dem..

If I could give less than one star, I would!

Boots were far from the standard of the picture and also the wrong size sent.

I may send them back to China at my own expense or keep said boots and receive 20% refund!

Qualität der Produkte ist wirklich nicht gut.
Sehr billige China-Ware.
Bestellung oder Artikel können auch nicht zurückgeschickt werden, ausser man bezahlt selber die Rücksendung nach China und bekommt dann 10% des Kaufpreises.
Ehrlich gesagt, wenn es günstiger sein soll, dann lieber bei anderen Händlern;)

Ich habe nach langem Warrten meinen Pullover erhalten.
Im Online Shop sah der Pullover sehr flauschig und schön aus, aber was man bekommt ist echt das Letzte. Absolute Billig Ware, ich habe den Pullover schon im Kleidersack entsorgt, leider habe ich mich vorher nicht über den Shop informiert, … absoluter Reinfall!!!!!

DO NOT order from this company , items are not true to size and when you try to return you go round in endless emails and have to return the parcel back to china .
The best they would offer is a 20% refund without returning on an item that cost £48 , this was only after me arguing as they originally said that it not fitting wasn’t a valid reason for return .
Save your money and the hassle and do not order from this company.

Haven’t received item or even an order confirmation. I should have been more careful as this is clearly a scam/drop shipping company. Kicking myself for not checking before ordering!

Die Kleider entsprachen in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder den Produktfotos im Online-Shop. Das gelieferte Material ist von deutlich geringerer Qualität als angegeben, die Verarbeitung wirkt billig und die Passform fällt völlig anders aus als beworben.

Zudem scheint es sich um sogenannte Dropshipping-Ware zu handeln – das Produkt wurde direkt aus dem Ausland versendet, ohne Markenetikett oder Qualitätsnachweis. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist das in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt.
