Pretty horrible experience using the website. Tried initially using mobile to place an order, but Capcha would repeatedly get in the way, sometimes repeating within 5 seconds of completing a previous Capcha - so incredible annoying and unintuitive. Payment wouldn't even go through on mobile, so I had to switch to a desktop.

I have never had a bad experience with this company in decades of buying from them. Great products. Great staff.

I’ve had an account with Games Workshop, now Warhammer for years now. I’ve never had a lost package. I’ve always received my package on time or ahead of schedule which is wonderful. The website flows easily even after the restructuring of the website from Games Workshop.

I had a small problem with my preorder of one of the battle forces boxes delivery ( I'm from Mexico) when Hannah came to my help. She did not only provided excellent service but she also owned my situation as her own, where she made me feel listened and taken care of. My problem was solved and bot only that I've received more than I was expecting, thanks to people like her it's always a pleasure to purchase with trust and excitement for our new war dollies.

As someone whos new to warhammer 40k I love how in depth the lore is and how amazing the community is. I've rated warhammer 40k site a 4 star due to few reasons but the main ones are. For new people who are joining the ranks of space marines I found it hard learning about what things I needed to learn about such as the models, books, lore, the games and such. I wish there was a dedicated page within the warhammer 40k web page that helped support new space marines into their ranks. Besides that the website is amazing i've already bought multiple space marines models as well as some books. I'm not very good on computers so it's completely possible that i've mistaken things if so I'd love it if someone could help a newbie if not hope the developers can eventually make it where there is a page dedicated to new people. If you read this far thank you so much hope this helps if it doesn't then have a blessed day and may the emperor show you the way...

Easy to use. Expensive hobby though

Purtroppo si affidano a compagnie di spedizione tipo evri che per quale motivo lavorino, non si sà... per il resto sempre tutto ok anche quando si tratta di resi o parti mancanti o difettose del prodotto (una volta in 20 anni).

Has wide selection and i might be new but im pretty sure getting this stuff anywhere else is some sort of heretic behavior, also explains alot about getting started through the website and i like that

I've had a terrible experience with this website. I bought Warhammer Plus specifically to get the free minis, and for every year besides just now, I haven't been able to actually order and get them. It's been so frustrating and genuinely a waste of time in my opinion. I am glad I got it this time, but I hate that I couldn't get ANY of the value I feel I should have for the subscription for 3+ years. Please make this more intuitive.

Ongoing problem for me ... log in , add items to cart then pop up appears saying problem occurred try different things to clear ie. remove and re-add but nothing helps.

I really enjoyed the website and ease of search to find the products I want.
The products I've made thus far are great and any issues I've had have been managed by the Warhammer team really well and professionally.
My only concern is the extended period some items have been unavailable.
Potentially being able to have suggested paints once I select a product so I could add to cart.
Additionally, I would ask you to consider taking AMEX as a payment type. I would buy a lot more product if this were the case.
Will buy again online and in store.

nOT THE BEST SITE TO NAVIGATE , BUT ONCE USED TO IT THE EXPERIENCE IS OK . sECOND PARTY DEALERS ARE 20% CHEAPER ??? HOW THE HELL IS THAT ??? SO I USE OTHER SITES FOR MY MODELS PAINTS USUALLY

The site is simple to use and rather easy to navigate. I have no problems with the system or the payment. Everything flows easily.
