I had a disappointing experience with MrDripZone. My order arrived late, and the quality didn't meet expectations. While their response time to emails needs improvement, the site does offer some unique items. Hopefully, they can address customer concerns more effectively moving forward, as the potential is there for a better shopping experience.

Ordered tech fleece joggers, took three weeks to arrive and they came fake and no return after numerous DMs on instagram and Emails

I ordered a Ralph Lauren tracksuit for my sonon the 30th November, it didn't arrive until after Christmas. The top and bottoms were two completely different shades of blue for a start and wrong size.
I have emailed several times to info and to returns. No response!
It now says that the whole website is temporarily closed.
All we wanted to do was exchange for a different product but now I want a full refund.
It was my sons main Xmas present as it was expensive. So disappointed as I have no other way of replacing it.

Would leave zero stars if possible!
Wife bought tracksuit for sons Christmas present. Top and bottoms are completely different shades? Plus doesn't even fit as sizing chart was miles different to one advertised.
Numerous emails and not a single reply. Having to reclaim through credit card company.

Order 8057: I purchased an item on the 9th December for a Christmas present which i received 27 Dec!!! I want to return the item and have emailed countless times and wrote on their Instagram page, have had no reply....the website has no return address for items to be returned!! This makes it extremely difficult to return/refund items. This is by far the worst customer service ive come across! When can I expect a reply?

Placed 2 orders, one on 4th December other on 8th… no delivery update on either sent a tracking code that don’t work, emailed a few times very slow at responding and say the same thing it’s with Evri! this is Christmas presents don’t accept high volumes of goods in busy periods if can’t be fulfilled through busy times this is people’s money and presents for people and exceeding stated delivery times!
Order came after Xmas, sent wrong size in item have sent several emails no response awful service.
AGAIN no response to email regarding wrong size being sent, 28th December I first emailed about this and nothing!!

Placed an order on 30th November with delivery stated to be 7-11 working days. Now 14 working days later on Tuesday 17th December I have received the tracking number for the order and have been told item should be with me in the next 3 - 5 working days. When I check the tracking it shows that it has not even left the originating country (China) yet. Now ZERO chance of it arriving before Xmas. They should explain that many of the items are shipped from China during the order process. The fact it is coming from China also suggests to me that the item I have ordered is not genuine.

EDIT IN REPLY - The item did infact arrive, it did in fact come from china, was the complete wrong size (ordered a size 5 and a 3.5 arrived) they are also very fake. I stand by my review and advise people to not order from this website.

Do not order from this scam site. I ordered on the 17th of November, and nothing arrived, I kept getting fobbed of with being told it would be with me in 2-5 working days. Tracking was showing it was leaving china since the 24th of November and never changed, I also questioned this as it is a uk website and they said it was a fault on the tracking and it was coming from the uk, I’m suspecting that was another lie. Luckily I’ve managed to get a refund but after seeing some of the other reviews I see this is quite a common thing with them. If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely avoid.

MrDripZone sets the standard for streetwear. My North Face jacket came with verified authenticity, and their customer service is top-tier. I’m a loyal customer for life.

I wish I could give less than 1 start to this company based in China. I made a mistake by not seeing previous reviews before making my first purchase with them. DO NOT USE THEM! The item I have just received it is a really bad imitation of the real product. We paid quite a lot of money for something that cannot be used. The size is too small and the quality is very poor. I am very disappointed and I hope someone could not make the same mistake I did by using this website. AVOID. THEY ARE FAKE PRODUCTS AND VERY BAD QUALITY!!!
I have sent them daily emails asking them for a return/refund but none one is replying. I have also completed their online form asking for a return/refund but I heard nothing from them. There have no valid telephone number where to contact any customer service.
For those who are in this unfortunate situation I would advise them to:
1. Call Trading Standards and register your complaint with them. They will tell you where to also report this merchant named MrDripzone
2. Report them to The Advertising Standards Authority Ltd.
3. Report them to Action Fraud
4. If you paid by ClearPay, open a dispute for your MrDripZone's order.

As many people could report their actions, the best to stop them.
I cannot submit pictures here. The tracksuit I purchased is "PSG DRY-FIT TRAINING KIT". This training kit is advertised as a Nike brand but the one I received has no logo of Nike anywhere. Nothing says is Nike from that training kit. No even the label from China attached to it. I ordered size M but the one I received it is equivalent to a XS size of the real Nike tracksuit. So basically, I have been scammed. Please do not make the same mistake as I did.

This company is completely unresponsive in returning my item despite me emailing 4 or 5 times, completing their form online and contacting them on instagram. This is my 15 daughters birthday money that has been wasted on a product she cannot exchange. Do not use them

For authentic streetwear, MrDripZone is the only place I trust. My Essentials hoodie came with an authentication certificate, and the delivery was faster than expected. Definitely recommend!

MrDripZone's customer service is amazing. I ordered a Canada Goose jacket that was too big, but the easy return policy and verified authenticity made the process seamless. I'm a loyal customer for life!

I was worried about buying my Trapstar jacket online, but MrDripZone provided official authentication and constant updates. The jacket arrived fast, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

After dreaming of the shoes forever I was finally surprised by my grandmother who saved up a lot of money only to be ripped of and scammed. That was £300 of her own hard worked money. I will never buy from here again and neither should and for those that run the company Kamar will come back and bite you. Shame on you 😔😔

ordered a tracksuit costing over £200 arrived and it is very clear that its FAKE lots of obvious reason but tracksuit is also of poor quality material jogger look like baggy crouch skinny leggins ive tried to make contact for a return label so i can get a refund ave have had zero reaponse
