Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WANDA SUPPLY!!!!
Sent me a defective unit and would not refund my money. They are NOTORIOUS for very poor quality items at a low cost so no one cares enough to return.
This company is very aware of the process of scamming you legally. You will not get a refund.

I ordered the cinderella princess dress on Feb 2nd for my 5 year old nieces Feb 19th birthday. It has not been delivered. Wanda supply has stopped replying to my inquiries and will not refund my money. Save yourself the trouble and headaches, there are so many other business to order the same merchandise.

I ordered the "Infrared Rhinitis Therapy Device" from them on January 29, it's February 25 and when I ordered it I didn't get any shipping updates nor did I get any tracking number.

I checked the tracking number and it's still stuck on "February 7th" still in China, it hasn't even moved on flight to arrive to the USA, looks like it will never ever get here, it's going on March and I ordered it in January smh. PayPal is investigating and I'll hopefully get my money back.

One last thing, under their products it says
"Returns are easy, simply contact us telling us your reason for the request and if possible We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!"

I tried canceling my order, but they told me via email:

"We have a strict Return Policy and you can check it on our website. We do not accept any order to be canceled once it's purchased because we have a very efficient and fast pre-shipment process."

Not only is that misleading but the product didn't even ship out yet when they told me this! I also had to email them to ask for a tracking number.

Absolute chinese trash and it took forever to get here. Save your cash for real boots

I ordered brown faux leather boots and they look nothing like the picture, they're basically plastic crap with laces. They took over a month to get here and they suck ass. I will NEVER order from here EVER again. Screw this site and their fake products.

Worst experience of my life. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nothing they sell could be worth dealing with this company.

I hate that I have to give 1 star when I want to give 0. They said 7-10 days shipping but then the website updated to 7-21 days. With that said, I have been waiting 32 days now with no update!!! I do not need the costume anymore but they will not do anything about it. Their website says 100% satisfaction in the US which is a load of crap when you look them up elsewhere. HORRIBLE company. BEWARE.

I don’t even want to give it one star this company is clearly a scam I am so sorry I ever ordered anything I they took my money on October 3 for a Halloween costume for my 3 1/2-year-old granddaughter they told me after writing to them that it would arrive on November 9 now it’s November 12 I haven’t received anything now they told me December 4 they’re liars and scammers every time you write them they give you another month and they tell you at shipping delays I’m so sorry that I didn’t read these reviews before buying a product from them they’re from China they’re based in Texas as an LLC but when they send you their shipping information it’s coming from China do you not buy anything from them I requested my money back from Paypal let’s see what happens

I purchased a Cinderella costume dress for my daughter. The dress looks NOTHING like what I ordered. It’s awful. It took forever to receive because it came from China. So I’m now running around trying to find a costume 4 days before Halloween. It’s THAT bad.

Ordered a toddler dress a month ago. Not delivered yet. I have emailed them twice. No reply. Do not do business with them.

This company is garbage do not order from them their customer service sucks I haven't even received my package I would have but they didn't know how to put the address on correctly so it got returned to them and all they do is give me the runaround I haven't received my package or I haven't received a refund it's been almost 3 months now and still nothing

If I could put no stars, I would. This company SUCKS! I bought a laser engraver and the package came with no instructions or information... just pieces to put together. I emailed the company multiple times and they take forever to answer and will not give you a full explanation on anything. I will try returning, but I just read their policy and it says that the product has to be new and in original packaging in order to do so. Not too sure how exactly they expect anyone to try the product if it has to be brand new to return. NEVER purchasing from here again.

My husband ordered a chef's knife in April and still hasn't received it in September. He's emailed a few times and each time he gets a response saying there are delays in shipping. I explained to him it was clearly a scam website just trying to run out the deadline to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Stay away! It's a SCAM!
