This place is garbage. It's the same as everyone else is saying: I ordered boots, they looked nothing like the picture and were obviously terrible quality. When I told them I wanted to return it they gave me a China address and said they don't cover shipping (despite the fact that the original package my boots arrived in had a NY address). Will never be using this website again.

This company is a scam. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS.
They are a dropshipper selling cheap crap items from China. It takes a long time for them to arrive. What arrives is NOT what is in the photo on the website.

My item arrived in Los Angeles, went to New York. From New York it was sent back to California and delivered to me. It bounced around the country since they are a dropshipper.

The photo on the site shows a very large item. What I received doesn't even take up the entire size of the palm on my hand. The photos are mock up photos and not the real item.

The item doesn't have connectors inside to hook up the batteries. The side where the battery posts should be is just smooth plastic.

The battery compartment is curved, so I can't even fit both batteries inside. I can only fit one inside.

The item is useless and trash.

This company is unethical. The website says "Wanda Supply" and when I used PayPal to pay it said "BALMA LLC", so the names don't agree.

The shipper address is a warehouse in New Jersey. Fahad told me, no refunds and no returns. Whoever Fahad is.

Do not order anything from these rip offs. These were supposed to be real leather boots they are faux leather pieces of s&$t! Miss represented in every way especially the pictures! These were supposed to be distressed leather! Lying turds. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!

I normally research company’s that aren’t household names but for whatever reason didn’t do that this time, HUGE mistake on my part! I ordered a pair of boots and what I received was a pair 100% different that literally has plastic soles! WOW! Now they won’t return my emails, shocker. In their terms and conditions it actually states they aren’t responsible for the items you receive and that they may be different from that which is on their site! LOL!! Unbelievable. Just don’t, go somewhere else to shop trust me. This review wouldn’t let me leave zero stars.

Along with everyone else on this review site I received an item that was not what I ordered. Typical bait and switch. They would refund my money once I sent the item back to China which was going to cost almost as much as the item. This company is a hoax, do not let them scam you!!!

Their website shows an item shipped. Parcel service has no record of receiving a package from shipper. This is a scam!!

I bought some boots and they were terrible quality AND deffective, I took videos and pictures ect of the damage. They refused to refund or return them. This is a scam! It seems like a lot of other people have been having the same issue. Also I did further research and found the REAL website that sales these boots. Wanda straight up stole the pictures from their website!

Sent me a faulty device in horrible packaging and is now hassling me about a refund. They made me send a video and acted like I wasn't being honest about the broken unit. Way to NOT treat a customer you would like to keep for future orders. I am still waiting for a refund and am unfortunately NOT optimistic that I will ever get one. BUYERS BEWARE

Wanda Supply is a scam. Do not order anything from them. What they picture and what they send are total opposites. Refunds are impossible. Being retired I have now begun a campaign to alert anyone that listens to never buy anything from this business. They are also located in China which makes any returns impossible. Look for additional posts on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, and all other social media sites.

So disappointing. Poor quality shoes that look nothing like the pictures posted. Can’t return them because the item isn’t defective. AND THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT FOR THEIR WEBSITE. I can’t return these boots and you think I’m going to spend more money. No. I wish I’d read these reviews before buying ANYTHING.

Bought a couple of beach “towels”. These are extremely poor quality. After paying $40 each for them I would be embarrassed to give them as gifts as intended. Cool idea but don’t waste your money. The product is paper thin and appears damaged even. I don’t know how else to describe them. Very disappointing.

The boots I ordered were much lower quality than what I saw when I purchased them. I just tried them on just once so they were just as good as how they got them.. I reached out for a return/exchange and they wanted me to send a picture and a video. Then they replied saying sorry no return or refund, which is disingenuous being anything that’s footwear and clothing material should be allowed to be exchanged since the customer isn’t able to try it on until it’s purchased and recieved. And that was that. Horrible! This place is certainly a scam I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even decided to purchase.

It's all fake!! I waited almost a full month to get my package and it came torn up and the quality looked like it was from dollar store!! Not worth your money!! Supper expensive for poor quality!!
Not to mention that it wasn't even working.

Customer service is horrible do not buy from these people I have sent x8 emails and got no response and they totally ripped me off on night vision, they sent me a monocular with no night vision whatsoever and I spent $100!!!!

The boots I ordered aren't the same ones pictured. Much much much lower quality.

Never received my device which was ordered 7/9/2021. It’s now 7/22/2021. Now I see these reviews and am disgusted and disappointed I was very likely scammed by this fraudulent “company.” I filed a dispute with PayPal & intend to file a consumer complaint with the TX state attorney general regarding this company where they’re supposedly based.

This was the most disappointing shopping experience I have EVER had . Do not buy anything from these Schisters. The product was misrepresented and everything is on sale so there are zero returns nice dishonest business model. Boots were supposed to be leather they were vinyl. Cheap junk

I’m so mad at myself for buying here. I needed the delivery for the 16th. It says it’ll get here in the 20th. I purchased it 3 weeks prior to the 16th. Don’t buy from here.

NEVER purchase from this site. I purchased a pair of boots based on the image on the website, and the product delivered looked absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised. Moreover, their return policy only permits returns if damaged, so the fact of false advertising, they will not accept or return or administer a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.
