Electic fire and delivery was fine. The 1 star is for there non existent aftersale service.
I ordered one and paid by card, didn't receive any order acknowledgement or the usual thanks for your order stuff, left it a day and still nothing so thought I must have have slipped up somehow so ordered again with PayPal, this time lots of acknowledgement etc, both turned up and now I'm stuck with the other one as they wouldn't respond to phone or emails to arrange a return, don't know if there are any human beings involved in this outfit so be careful

We have no no emails about this at all. The order emails are sent and infact the request for this review was sent WITH the order email below it hence how Trustpilot gets the order reference number. It is not our fault if a customer orders two products but the main thing here is the customer has not made contact with us at all.

Fire fitted last week & we are so pleased with it- a great addition to our home & we have had so many compliments about it.
The service we received was outstanding from Chris, MD. We had a few queries prior to placing the order which were answered quickly. After placing the order we were kept up to date on delivery dates/time. When the fire arrived we had a few more queries whilst fitting which were answered quickly.
The fire arrived extremely well packed & delivered on time too (the delivery guy was briliant).
This is one of the best companies we have dealt with in a long time & would recommend 100%.

Upon receipt ot the fire was found to…
Upon receipt ot the fire was found to have a minor problem possibly caused during transit.
It took only one phone call directly to the supplier for them to swing into action.A replacement was instantly dispatched and arrangements made to collect the original fire.
Replacement fire arrived the next day in perfect working order.
This supplier can show many of the larger companies how to turn a negative into a positive,we highly recommend them.

What temperature do you have the fire set to? Some people don`t set the thermostat high enough and this means the heat will not work (if the room temp is higher)
