Good product. Poor curriers
The fire came by curriers on time but unfortunately the glass fire front was smashed into tiny pieces. You could see where the box had been bashed. The product was double boxed and clearly labelled glass. I informed the fire company who despatched a replacement. I hope they get the costs back from the curriers. So a good result in the end. Great Product.

Communication was terrible
Communication was terrible, and after I had bought the item at £208 from the company direct I found that they sold the same item on e bay for £99, tried to resolve a refund with email and texts but got ignored, totally un professional from the company but the item is really good despite my frustration on getting a refund.

Firstly we don`t price match between sales platforms due to selling costs - however this item you mention was a refurbished fire! That`s like buying a new car and expecting the dealer to refund you down to the price of a 3 year old car!
However the review concludes by stating:
'the item is really good '
Hence a 1 star rating is highly unfair.

Easy to fix and set up. Looks good. Very well protected circuitry should anything ever go wrong with supply. Excellent heat output.

Very modern looking fire just what I wanted. The crystals look lovely. I love it. It was easy to install and was delivered promptly. The heat comes from the top which is unusual but fine by me. The only thing I didn’t like was the log effect but as I wanted the crystals it didn’t matter.

the colour changing display is excellent. there is hardly a sound when the fire is switched on.it heats the room quite quickly too.very impressed
