What interested me about glass pads from the outset was the fact that the surface does not degrade. Once you get used to the pad, you practically never have to use another pad again, which I find very interesting. As long as you take good care of it and clean it properly, it will last longer than you will. My experience with SkyPad/Wallhack is based on more than two years of use—hundreds, if not soon thousands, of hours of gaming. To sum it up, for me it is and remains the best pad I have ever played on, and I can't imagine ever going back to cloth.

I recieved the SP-400 Wallhack Glass mousepad as a collaboration for tiktok and i can say that this is the most high quality and competitive pad i’ve ever used, nothing bad about it and for its price it is definitely giving high value

Ordered a product from the “Drift Sora” release - the purchasing process was fluent and easy, the confirmation and tracking was also good. However, there was a slight issue with fedex about delivery but at no fault of the company.

However, because of the fault I did message Wallhack and received no response - so I’d say the customer service could be a little better but aside from that it was an overall positive experience.

I recommend them and would definitely purchase future products.

I bought the SP-004 two days ago and it already arrived, really fast delivery, and super good packaging.

At first I bought the wrong one (white version of the SP-004, I sent a mail to their support and they replied quickly and found a good solution, really good experience, will definitely buy more from WallHack

Making good stuff but not selling it. Don't have a normal que on mystery weeks and making you buy their glass pads from resellers for 2-5x price

Also, they make sure that negative reviews are removed and the "wonderful" reputation on trustpilot is not ruined.

Imagine you are standing in line for bread. You are in line right behind a person and the seller tells you that the waiting time is less than 1 minute. After 15 minutes, you are ready to be served, you walk to the shelf, you give your money and the salesperson sharply shouts in your face "The product is out of stock", although you can clearly see that it is there. That's roughly how wallhacks work. Instead of starting a normal working queue, they let customers in as chaotic as possible. No pre-orders. No opportunity to buy something that was on sale even a year ago. And now without the ability to make your own custom print. So answer me this, wallhack, what do I do if I want N product as badly as I can, but you don't sell it?

I can't be happy with a site if they don't meet my needs - that's the point of reviews. Thank you for wasting my time. 1 star.

I'm just speechless, that it can slow down the page so much that you can't make a transaction and yours drops constantly. It's not up to the internet, the device that I tried, the page just doesn't work.

Love the designs and quality. But because it being glass it can be quit sticky if you don’t use those arm band. And being honest those get very itchy and uncomfy quickly. The edges of the mousepad can also be sharp comparing it to a normal mousepad with stitches (sora and yume designs are my favorit i must say as a holder of sora not found pad

First off, customer service is top notch. I made an order and mistakenly added the incorrect postal address. I emailed and with a few hours I was refunded and was just told to reorder. I had my mousepad and sleeve sent out and it came without hassle.

Now to the SkyPad products.

Just the packaging provided for both mousepad and sleeve was top notch!

The mousepad feels and looks premium. I don't think I can go back to a cloth pad again. Along with the sleeve (I'm a big boy with hairy arms) it's increased my mobility by a long shot. I do live in a hot climate so it would be nice to have mesh/vents but in regards to actual gameplay, I'm absolutely wrecking people.

I'll definitely be going back to SkyPad. It's just a gamers experience and I've been recommending them whenever I'm online. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

So I have ordered a skypad and gaming sleeves on 2 separate options and both times shipping was fast and the packaging was superb. I was worried the pad would get damaged in shipping but when it arrived the corrugated box it came in wasn't even damaged.

On to the products, both items were as described and in my opinion a lot better than other alternatives out there

I tried to buy a skypad 3.0 during their discounts period and even if the purchase went well (email of order confermed + withdrawn money), after 2 days they sent an email telling that they hadn't enough stock to fulfill my order and that I'll be refunded or if I want, I could buy the XL version.
Clearly this is a move to let you spend more for XL version, but the worst part is that for 3-4 days they "keep" your money even knowing that they can't send you the item you've bought, and then they refund you

taking some time to adapt to the speed, but with no doubt - my new main pad, both for gaming and working.

Love the design on it and that it is numbered from the limited drop. Surface area is big enough. All in all love the skypad.
