Wow. I was not expecting this. Silly me I ordered what I thought was my hair colour. Turned out it was a shade darker. I emailed about returning the extensions. The company were happy to send out new hair extensions and without returning the ones I had. The hair quality is amazing. Quick customer service. Would definitely recommend. I cannot rate this company more highly! I ordered a hair extension halo in a colour I thought would work. When it arrived I was totally impressed with the quality, but realised that the colour just wasn’t right. I sent an email to ask if I could return for an exchange, and received a response almost immediately, saying that I could choose another colour without having to go to the trouble of making an exchange. I’ve never had hair extensions, but this product is so beautiful, and of a wonderful quality. If you are thinking of buying, please buy with confidence. Absolutely fab. Brilliant customer service.. I received the wrong shade in the extensions I wanted. Sent them an email to ask how to return them for a change in shade and they didn't néed them returning just that I send them the other shade I wanted. Got back to me within an hour of sending the 1st email. Would highly recommend

Recently purchased but was the wrong colour, company said that they would send another as a replacement in the right colour, very helpful.

The wig is so soft and pretty the curls are amazing!!! The color didn’t match my hair so I had to contact the customer service and they are so sweet.

I had a very good experience with the this company. I ordered the wrong colour of my hair extensions and requested to change and they offered to change it immediately without needing to return the one I bought wrong.
The quality of the hair seems to be amazing as well.
