I only selected 1-star because it was the lowest that I could give. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AT ALL COST ... They are as crooked as the leaning tower of pisa. Very unethical people and scammers. I ordered a size 11 men shoes and they sent me a pair 2 sizes smaller and when I asked for my money back they offered me 10% of my money back. When I proceeded to email them back they increased the amount but will never agree to return your full amount back although this is their fault, they expect you to eat the cost for their incompetence. I have immediately opened a case with mt credit card provider who is investigating and have issued me a temporary credit until the case is resolved. To add insult to injury, the product took weeks before getting here to the United States at which point this had something to do with the item being shipped from China. WARN ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY!!

It took over two weeks to ship from china and they were way too small and returning them to china isn’t even worth it.

I ordered three pair of shoes. They didn’t fit. They were not made well. I contacted them about returning. They told me their warehouse was overseas and they would be happy to give me 10% of my money back otherwise it would take months to get money back and I would have to pay 35 to 40 dollars to send back. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

The boots i bought are actually comfortable enough to wear all day without breaking them in.

Return policy needs to be more quick otherwise the prices were under my pay grade.

I would give a negative 10 if possible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! horrible shoes and impossible to return or receive credit!!! AWFUL

The wedge sandals offer a pleasing look that is also supportive and comfortable to wear. The straps are flexible, but also secure, so they are comfortable to wear throughout the day.

This is not an American based Company as the website claims. Also the return policy is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. The shoes were too narrow and had a horrible chemical smell. The return took 10 e-mails to achieve a return address as to where to return them to, that ended up being China. $35 return postage on me.
I do NOT recommend this Company.

This is a Chinese company that has a fake advertisement front to present itself as a US company. When we received the shoes, the soles were thin and offered no good support for flat feet. I contacted them for a return. The first reply asks if you're sure it is bad for the environment to do returns. The second reply offered 10%, the third offered 15%, and the fourth offered 20%. In every one of my replies, I said, Please start my return process. I don’t like your shoes, and I would like to return them. Finally, I called my credit card company and started a dispute on this charge.

If I could have given them a zero I would have. Bought a pair of women's boots size eight and a half u.s. women's sizes on March 16th. A few weeks later I received a man's European 43 which equals a size 10 in men's sizing in the US. Tried to call them their number was vacant. Googled their address it was a ranch house at the end of a cul-de-sac in Wyoming. I'm guessing that was the USA base. Sent them an email, they said oh my goodness we're sorry you can just donate those boots we'll send you another pair here's a link to pay the shipping. I said you guys sent the wrong boot I'm not paying for shipping I didn't pay for shipping for the first ones. You made the mistake, I'm not paying the shipping. I told them a few days ago May 30th to never contact me again. When I asked for a replacement boot they said they didn't have the size, then I asked for a cheaper boot they wouldn't do that either. It felt like I was talking to AI. This is a london-based company I believe. They drug everything out and then said I was past my replacement window. I even told them I'd gotten a refund from my credit card but they still promised to send me another pair of boots anyway. Of course that never happened. This is the worst experience I've ever had with anything I've ever bought online. I would strongly urge you to look somewhere else. I fell for the website, it was very well planned and I'm pretty sure I bought them off of Amazon but when I looked them up for my Amazon orders they didn't even show up. Something fishy going on with that company. Beware

Took longer to deliver than expected. As written by others, the shoes were much too small, and the response to my reporting this was "sizing can sometimes vary slightly depending on the shoe style and design." But the fit was off by at least one full (not half) size. Also, the phone # doesn't work

They have been well-made and are super comfortable, I have worn them every day and they have held up very well.

Honestly didnt expect much, but it turned out better than I thought. The fit and quality are both solid

This company is a complete scam.
The quality is terrible.
They claim to be based in the U.S., but they are actually from China, and their customer service is equally abysmal. They send you shoes that are three sizes too small, and they refuse to refund the money you paid or exchange the product.

The overall journey was splendid, and I must say that you have an excellent sizing guide, which was accurate and the shoes are very durable indeed.

We ordered some black work shoes for my husband and they are laughable. They are at least two sizes too small and the quality is very poor. We were having trouble getting Customer Service to respond to us, when they finally did, they offered us a 10% (!!!!) refund. Actually, their first offer was for us to order a different size and they would only charge us a shipping fee. We had already told them we were unhappy with the quality - why would we want another pair in a different size? I think it's time to get our Credit Card involved - hopefully they can get them to refund our money. I can't believe anyone has had a good experience with this company. We will steer clear of them in the future.
