The product was misrepresented
The item was described as 100% silk, but the material was synthetic.
I ordered two identical nightgowns in different colours, however I received two completely different designs, both with very poor finishing.
The seller is not UK-based, and the items were shipped from China(long delivery time), which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
When I initially raised the issue, the seller refused a full refund and instead offered a 10% partial refund or a 30% discount on a future purchase. A full refund was only issued after I opened a PayPal case.
Overall, very disappointing experience. Please think twice before placing your order.

Pls do not buy from this people they are a scam company and not trusthworthy this is April 2026 I bought a set from them the label was created and my parcel hasn’t been handed out my travel plans changed and I’m not able to receive the order and a girl Lisa is refusing to cancel it . Order number 3835 so I’m guessing it’s a scam company pls beware - I have no one to recive the package and they said won’t take it back

My daughter has sensory issues so I ordered the children's silk pyjama set for her. She is so excited with them, how soft and silky they are and she can't wait to jump into bed! Big plus was they arrived ahead of the estimated time.

I bought some pajamas in this store and they are super comfortable and soft perfect my wife and daughter loved them they are very beautiful and of good quality the purchase was perfect, it arrived within the stipulated time

Nice pajamas and sleeping cap
I have curly hair so I bought a silk sleeping cap, it arrived in time, it does it’s job but it’s a bit pricey, I also got some pajamas and they’re very comfy and soft.
