Quality Circular Saw Blade Manufacturer
This is the second order I have placed with Walkers for a new circular saw blade. The previous one was of good quality, true and sharp and cut 75 mm with ease. The fact that I have ordered from them again is testament to the superior quality and excellent service.

Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback. This is the first complaint we've had about the SGB/12 so I'm very surprised to hear it, usually our triple ground tenon saw is very popular.
I will check the stocks that we have here and test the set on them, I'll be in touch with you directly to discuss this.
**UPDATE**
A bit late to post this update but we did get in touch with Keith and replaced the tenon saw with one from a different batch and Keith said it was much much better. It seems he was unfortunate to just end up with the one bad apple which unfortunately can happen as with anything that is manufactured.
Helpful website and excellent personal service over the phone
Phoned to ask for advice about the appropriate circular saw blades and disks for two discontinued power tools, found your staff member really helpful, ordered the accessories and received them in the post next day. Really good service and very helpful website.

Efficient, courteous and prompt service. In addition, advice readily given with no attempt to make a sale! In fact, it was the opposite!
As a DIY enthusiast, I have found a tool supplier on whom I can rely, completely.
Thank you, Sam!

Finding circular saw blades anywhere st…
Finding circular saw blades anywhere st the moment is hard work. A combination of Brexit, Covid and a flurry of home improvements has put up demand massively. I ordered three blades which arrived the next day. Perfect!

Good Morning Colin,
Thank you for leaving us a review, I'm very happy that you are pleased with the circular saw blade we sent you.
As for the handsaw I'm sorry that you aren't equally satisfied. You opted for our 22" Double Ground handsaw with 11tpi. If you are looking for a higher quality cut then may I suggest next time you take a look at our Triple Ground range. The extra cutting angle on each tooth means you get a faster, cleaner cut and the range starts at 9tpi. We also offer a Super Fine Cut 20" handsaw with 13tpi if you are looking for an even finer cut.
Hopefully we'll see you again soon,
Packbags
I have been trying for ages to find out where I could purchase further Packbag for ages and only recently found out Walkers Tools were a supplier. Although, they advertised the product there was no way of buying the product directly off their site. I contacted them and made them aware of my wishes and hey presto they informed me they had added the product to their online shop and to ensure my order was delivered promptly they paid the additional costs - if that isn't a sign of surperb customer care and service I have no idea what is. Those wondering what Packbags are - they are a plastic insert you put into bags to keep them open, especially when gardening and collecting garden waste. Thank you from a gratified customer.

Hi John,
Thanks for your brilliant review, I'm glad you're impressed with the service and I hope you're equally impressed with our saw blades. We look forward to welcoming you again soon!
Walker Tools was one of only two firms…
Walker Tools was one of only two firms that I could find offering the specific diameter and kerf width of blade that I could find. Chose them based on the reputation of Sheffield engineering. I am very pleased with the quality and VFM of the blade. It's cutting performance is equally impressive.
That the first dispatch went missing in the post is not the fault of the company. Once I had reported to them that it had not arrived as expected Sam Walker dealt with the situation to my entire satisfaction.

Thank you very much for a wonderful review. I'm very happy that you are pleased with the performance of our saw blade. You're right there was an issue with the original order we sent being lost by Royal Mail but I'm glad we were able to resolve this fully for you.
Hopefully we'll see you again soon!
