Hi Paul, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry that you've received the Trust Pilot invitation before you've received your actual blade! These invitations are just automatically sent out a few days after you've placed your order and usually this gives enough time for the saw blades to reach you but on this occasion the timing doesn't seem to have worked out sorry about this.
I've checked your order and we received it on 27th September and it was despatched on 28th September by Royal Mail. It should have been delivered to you yesterday but looking on Royal Mail's tracking that doesn't seem to have happened however it does say it is due for delivery today.
I'll send you a separate email with the complete tracking information on.
********Update*********
Sorry again Paul that you've had nothing delivered today. As I've explained in my email to you the Royal Mail tracking did show delivery was due yesterday but they were unable to complete delivery, it says that delivery will be attempted again today.
Once again I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused here, we sent this blade on Monday using Royal Mail's 48hr service so it's extremely frustrating that it hasn't reached you yet.

Happy to hear that you have received your parcel now Paul, looks like Royal Mail delivered it on the 5th working day so definitely later than they should have but still within the delivery timeframe. For any future orders we do also offer an express delivery service that uses FedEx.

Firstly, the delivery was prompt and the website easy to navigate.
The blade I purchased was exactly as described in both dimensions and quality.
One would need to spend a lot more to improve on this product, highly recommended!

Well the website was easy to use
Well the website was easy to use. The prices were reasonable and delivery was prompt. The only drawback was that one of the blades had a tungsten tip missing. Phoning Walkers was simple, no quibble I got a replacement shipped out the next day. These things happen, it's how they're dealt with and Walkers were excellent. I would recommend them and certainly purchase from them again.
